Judi Love of Strictly will return to the dancefloor this week, despite complaints from viewers that she was treated differently by show bosses.










Judi Love will return to the dance floor Saturday after being forced to isolate from Covid-19. 

The Loose Women panelist (41 years old) had to miss last weeks episode due to the virus. Her return will likely upset viewers of Strictly. 

Strictly viewers have complained of a disproportional number of black and minority contestants who have left the show. She will likely return to the bottom two, as she has since week two.

A TV insider has told The Sun: ‘Whilst it’s good news that Judi is returning to the show, viewers will think it’s unfair that she has been unable to rehearse like her co-stars. 

“That could mean she ends up in the bottom two for a second week, which would be a surprise to many Strictly devotees. 

‘It’s will also fuel the argument that black and asian competitors are at some kind of disadvantage’ 

Ugo Monye left the competition last week with Oti Mabuse, and was in the bottom two with Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu.

The first week saw Nina Wadia get booted off the show. 

This led to viewers commenting on how black and Asian contestants were always in the bottom 2. They also discovered that Judi was also in the bottom 2. 

Her Halloween return has a new level of controversy, as her dance partner Graziano Di Prima was reportedly seen partying in London’s Soho.  

Judi spoke with Rylan from the dance studio on Thursday night on It Takes Two and said: “Babes, I’m alright. I’m here, it was worth it. The first few days were difficult. My mindset was to get back on that dance floor, and to make sure everyone is safe.  

“As soon I stepped onto the dancefloor, I thought, “This is where I’m supposed”

“I’ve missed it so very much and it just bringsback all these amazing memories over recent weeks. It’s Halloween week, and I’m so glad to be back. 

Judi has been suffering through the illness during her 10 days of isolation and posted an update from bed on Monday, saying “coronavirus real”. 

She also shared all of the ‘West Indian” home remedies she used to treat her symptoms.
