This shocking incident comes following a string of needle-inflicted attacks against young women in nightclubs all across the country.
Today she stated that she could only presume that I had been spiked, as I can’t seem to recall any details. Because I do not want to be spiked or bit, I won’t wear armour to a club.

“It is absurd. You think it’s impossible. It’s not something that I will ever fully understand.
“If this is something that women should be concerned about, it’s scary.”
Ms Brown was woken up by a swelling arm and bruised skin the next morning. She doesn’t think she was so drunk that she didn’t feel anyone biting her.
“I looked at my arm, and I saw just teeth marks.
“It was not like I’d hit my arm, or broken something. There were some indentions of teeth.
“Then, I began to panic because I felt like I had been bit on my arm by a person.”

A friend picked her up and she left the club.
She didn’t tell police as she was not confident they would capture the attacker, but she did go to seek medical attention.
Hattie was told by an NHS doctor that because her skin wasn’t broken she wouldn’t have been bitten.
The religion and theology student spoke with her family, who helped to write an email to inform the club.

In recent weeks, women across Britain have been boycotting nightclubs to protest spiking.
Ms Brown, however, isn’t going to allow it ruin her university experience. So she is willing to share her experiences with friends.
On nights out, she advised young women to create protocols to ensure that they can reunite in case one is lost or requires assistance.
