Amber Gibson, the tragic teenage girl’s brother, has been accused of sexually assaulting and killing her.
Connor Gibson also known by Niven appeared in private at Hamilton Sheriff Court for the second-time.
A 19-year old is facing charges of murder and sexual assault. He also faces an accusation of trying to pervert justice.
Amber, aged 16, was last month found murdered in Cadzow Glin in Hamilton, Lanarkshire.

Gibson of Hamilton did not plead during the brief videolink from HMP Polmont.
Sheriff Moira McKenzie remanded him in custody and committed him fully to the trial.
Amber vanished last month from Hamilton’s Hillhouse. This triggered a massive missing persons hunt. Her body was discovered in the woods on Sunday, November 28, just days after she disappeared.
Detectives revealed her family had been left ‘heartbroken’ by her death.
Many flowers, balloons, candles and other decorations were placed near where the body was found.
One card read: “Queen of sas. You are missed at school and your presence is felt.
“I”m so sad for what could have been and everything we had to look forward to.
“Hope you’re dancing and singing in the sky with all the other angels. Love and miss you.”

Lauren Murray and Laura Tran were her sister, while Lauren Murray was a tribute to Lauren Murray. Other family members also posted messages of condolences.
Police Scotland officers face a probe by a watchdog over their handling of Amber’s disappearance in the lead-up to her death.
Crown Office asked the Police Investigations and Review Commissioners (PIRC), to look into the attempts of police officers to find the teenager, who was found dead about 200 yards away from the spot she had been last seen in Hamilton on Cadzow Street.
PIRC will eventually turn their findings over to prosecutors.
