Enjoy a cocktail to toast your evening. Champagne, Prosecco and white fizz all work well.

8 Rose Ice Cubes, See Below

150ml Aperol

Grand Marnier 120ml

150ml dry vermouth

Champagne, chilled Prosecco or champagne in a 750ml Bottle

  • Prepare the rose ice cups the night prior. Put a single, unsprayed rose petal in each ice cube hole and fill it with water.
  • Mix the Aperol and Grand Marnier in a glass and let it sit for several hours.
  • Serve by placing one ice cube into each of the eight cocktails glasses. Pour over the Aperol Mix and then top up with Fizz.
