Legendary hotelier Grace Leo, who transformed Cotton House in Mustique and some of Paris’s chicest boutique hotels, has turned her attention to the Sussex coast.
Already, work has begun to transform the 1920s Cooden Beach HotelEast Sussex, a Hamptonesque beach bolthole. It is located on the pebble coast and only two minutes from Bexhill station.

Fforest offers luxurious outdoor experiences in Mid Wales with domes, cabins, bell tents and domes. It is also a Georgian farmhouse that provides luxury indoor experiences. However, the group is currently preparing for opening its hotel of 23 rooms. Albion.
The warehouses will house it in the pair of large, imposing warehouses located on Cardigan’s harbourside near beautiful Poppit Sands. The owners have preserved as much as possible of the buildings’ history, even including 19th Century graffiti on the limewashed walls, and fitted it out with locally made furniture and textiles.

The arrestingly named Inland VicesYork’s new restaurant will open January 19. The former stern Victorian police station will now be three suites and a restaurant called Allium. It seats only guests and features squirrel as its first menu item.

York is also available. No. 1This is a more calmly reimagined landmark Georgian structure in Clifton. It opened on January 1, with 39 bedrooms, four-posters, and record turntables. There’s also a bar that whips up cocktails and help-yourself pantries in corridors. Family-friendly and dog friendly.

Like York, Chester has history in spades, from the remains of a Roman garrison to the Rows – shopping arcades that date from medieval times and contain some of the city’s nicest shops.
Wilde’s opens a stone’s-throw away on Bridge Street in summer, with 18 rooms, mullioned windows and claw-foot baths plus a very modish rooftop pool and restaurant. Double rooms from £250 per night (wildeschester.com).
The March issue of the Clayton Hotel The hotel will be a stylish addition to Bristol, and it will also bring a significant increase in the room count. It was once a famous printworks located on Broad Street. Now, the entrance has been covered with Art Nouveau tiles. This will open up to 255 bedrooms and bars, as well as a restaurant.

Manchester LevenThe trendy Chorlton has recently opened. Hope, a Peak District community is home to the second Bike & BootThe hotel is expected to open this summer. The Old War OfficeWhitehall’s Raffles Hotel will be revived. This Edwardian building, with views on to Horse Guards Parade and St James’s Park, was once the workplace of Ian Fleming and has been a location for a number of James Bond films, including the latest, No Time To Die.
Raffles has opened a brand-new hotel in Whitehall’s iconic Old War Office. It was the location of the James Bond movie.
The Raffles hotel will have 120 rooms and multiple restaurants and bars, including a rooftop one. The grand entry hall is shown in the picture.
General manager Philippe Leboeuf has poached a super-league of staff from London’s very top hotels and restaurants to look after 120 rooms and multiple restaurants and bars, including a rooftop one. Theowo.london has yet to set room rates.

Chateau Denmark, London’s Denmark Street is coming to life – the location that has been renowned for its rock and rolling history. This rendering illustrates how the hotel could look.

Pink Floyd lovers will be happy to go to Art’otelThis sister hotel is called the Amsterdam Original. Within Battersea Power Station, famed for the cover art on the band’s Animals album, there will be 164 rooms and another rooftop pool (London’s new hotels are really banking on summer heatwaves).

Even though the landmark steel swirl that is the W in Edinburgh has been delayed until 2023, there’s plenty to keep visitors happy.
100 Princes StreetIt will open in June at the former Royal Overseas League clubhouse. The building will feature 30 rooms as well as a top floor Explorers Club, where single malts of world wines and other spirits will be served. Double rooms from £295 per night (100princes-street.com).
In March, Gleneagles, Scotland’s most famous country hotel, opens Townhouse with 33 bedrooms and a members’ club in the former headquarters of the Bank of Scotland on St Andrew Square. The bank’s vault has become a gym, with cutting-edge treatments to help guests work off the food grown on the Gleneagles estate.

Edinburgh and Glasgow also will be a part of the event. Virgin Hotel each. The company produced several award-winning hotels in the US over the past few years, but this is its first Atlantic side hotel.
