Brazen thieves stole more than $1million of silver bullion in a van travelling between Sydney & Melbourne.
The NSW Police are seeking your assistance in finding the culprit in the vandalism that took place when the truck arrived to Melbourne in November 29th, after having left NSW in November 26.
The consignment – 192 individual 5kg silver bars – was being transported by a Kenworth truck and silver Krueger trailer, police said in a statement on Monday.

The robbery occurred as the truck was leaving Maldon in NSW Macarthur Region at 4:30 p.m. on November 26, and arriving there around 8 a.m. on November 29, according to detectives.
Silver bullion has a value of $1,015,000
The police have made available a picture of one the silver bars, as well as the packaging of that bar in an appeal for information.
