Unable to be identified after being subjected to 236 punches in the face during a ten round brutal beating, a female fighter has lost her boxing career.

Miriam Gutierrez was dominated by unified featherweight world champion Amanda Serrano while on the undercard for Jake Paul’s rematch against Tyron Woodley.

Her bashing was obvious in her post-match photograph with Serrano where she had an extremely swelling face.

Serrano was victorious in the lightweight boxing match in an unanimous decision (99-91, 99-9, 100-90) at Tampa’s Amalie Arena.

After landing 37 punches to Gutierrez’s face, she then fired off another 99 on her opponent during the second round.

Speaking after the match, Puerto Rican boxer Serrano thanked Gutierrez and praised her for being tough.

She replied, “She didn’t arrive to lie down. No matter what the person in front me is, I am not going to play.

“She told me that she had just reached 160 lbs. Thanks to God, I was with Nisa Rodriguez, who was at 160lbs.

It was 12 months since Gutierrez, undisputed women’s world lightweight champion in November 2020, had lost the match unanimously to Katie Taylor.

Serrano declared: “She is a tough fighter.” However, she did admit that she felt better this time because of a year’s layoff.

“She just won a fight last month. Miriam Gutierrez was the greatest fighter I’ve ever seen, and I defeated her.

“This is not a bitter or sad loss. It’s a dignified loss. This war was from the beginning until the end. It has been an honor.

“I wanted to become a fighter.” It was possible to knock out her if she asked. She was my opponent, and I needed to beat her.

“The strategy was just to go out and beat her in every round, and then dominate her. You can box, and you’ll see that I’m an All-round Fighter.

“That I can do anything I wish. With her, I’m able to brawl. She can box with me. Take body and head shots.

Serrano and Gutierrez matched up ahead of YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul’s rematch against Tyron Woodley.

Paul, a 24-year-old professional boxer, extended his unbeaten record when he sent Woodley head-first to the floor with a devastating knockout punch in round six.

The first five rounds were uneventful with little action and quality. Fans booed the poor display until Paul’s right hand punch that knocked Woodley unconscious.

Paul won his second win over Woodley, an ex-UFC champion. After his August split-decision win, he improved his professional boxing record from 0 to 5 in just four months.

After Briton suffered a fractured rib and an infection in his chest, Woodley, 39, was appointed as Paul’s replacement.

Paul said, “This guy’s a legend. I respect him for taking up the fight on only two weeks’ notice,” in an expletive-laden interview. He also called Fury out for his withdrawal from the match.

“It wasn’t an easy fight. There was blood everywhere. It was done. The whole fight was set up by me. He did not see the end coming. It was like lumberjack timber. I think it’s the best moment in my entire life.

Paul now has knocked out four of his competitors, after previously stopping AnEsonGib and Nate Robinson, ex-NBA guard, and Ben Askren, an ex-UFC fighter.
