Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against the federal government.

According to his Fourth Amendment rights, the seizure of some documents and two of his passports violated his Fourth Amendment rights, the ex-president filed the suit at the US District Court of the Southern District of Florida Monday afternoon.

The moment has come when a Florida magistrate prepares for the decision whether to unseal the search warrant which led to the raid 2 weeks ago.

“Politics can’t be allowed to affect the administration of justice. According to the lawsuit, President Donald Trump is clear favourite in 2024 Republican Presidential Primary, and 2024 General Election.

The report adds that Mar-a-Lago’s raid was “shockingly aggressive” and that most Americans did not understand the pain it would cause.

The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution protects Trump, stating that he is protected like all citizens. He must immediately return any property he has taken in violation of his constitutional rights.

Donald Trump has sued the federal government and asked for a special master to determine what materials seized from Mar-a-Lago can be used in the investigation into him

Donald Trump filed suit against the federal government. A special master was appointed to investigate the matter.

It is a case that combines constitutional arguments regarding rights to protection against unreasonable searches and seizures with some long-standing grievances.

One subject heading of the suit states that the Government “has long treated Donald J. Trump unfairly.”

The DOJ and FBI treated Trump differently than other citizens, according to it.

According to the suit, “Two years worth of noise Russian collusion’ investigations resulted in a Special Counsel finding biased FBI agents.

According to the text, “text exchanges between Peter Stzrok (lead agent) and Lisa Page (paramour) reveal their total disdain for President Trump and his support while they were charged with investigating the absurd Russian collusion claims.”

This is an allusion to FBI “lovers”, lawyers involved in the investigation who were discovered to have sent anti-Trump tweets.

The background to this extraordinary raid is a description of Trump and Melania Trump’s decision to move to Mar-a-Lago in the wake of the 2020 election.

The suit demands a special master oversee materials seized in the FBI's raid of Mar-a-Lago, and calls Donald Trump the 'clear frontrunner in the 2024 Republican presidential primary'

A suit is filed requesting that a special master supervise materials found in FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid. The suit also names Donald Trump as the clear frontrunner for the Republican primary in 2024.

'Mar-a-Lago is a historical mansion with 58 bedrooms and 33 bathrooms on 17 acres of land extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway,' the suit points out. A DOJ official was shown a storage room where government documents were stored alongside clothing

According to suit, Mar-a-Lago was a historic mansion that boasted 58 bedrooms and 33 baths on 17 acres. It stretches from the Atlantic Ocean up to the Intracoastal waterway. An official from the DOJ was shown how government documents and clothing were kept in a storage area.

Trump’s grievances are being heard in this lawsuit, including those of the ‘FBI lovers’ Peter Strzok or Lisa Page, both who participated in the Russia probe

The suit includes an itemized list of property the FBI seized and seeks a more detailed accounting. One box contained 'Miscellaneous Top Secret Documents'

This suit contains an itemized listing of the property that was seized by FBI agents and requests a detailed accounting. One of the boxes contained “Miscellaneous Top Secret Documents”.

“On January 20, 2021, President Trump and his entire family fled the White House. Their home was Mar-a-Lago on Palm Beach. Mar-a-Lago, an historic mansion, has 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms, and 17 acres of land that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean up to the Intracoastal waterway. The suit incorporates language you might find in a glossy brochure.

According to the suit, Jay Bratt visited Mar-a-Lago on June 3, 2013.

Bratt was accompanied by two Secret Service agents and an entourage of officials who visited a storage area where documents were kept.

The suit notes stated that the storage room held boxes, some of which were clothing and personal belongings of President Trump and First Lady.

Trump’s attorneys filed the lawsuit two weeks following the raid. This was after the government had filed its case and the media lawyers were already fighting with the government over the unsealing of the affidavit which preceded it.

The US Magistrate Judge in that case stated Monday in an order that Trump had not interfered.

To make the case that the government’s search violated Trump’s constitutional rights, the suit talks up his ongoing role in American politics – and even cites multiple opinion polls.

On the page’s first page, it states that President Donald J. Trump will be the clear frontrunner in both the 2024 Republican Presidential Primary election and the 2024 General Election.

Trump leads Joe Biden by just 3 points in the RealClear Politics Polling Average. That gap lies within the error margin for many other surveys.

“Beyond this, his endorsement during the 2022 midterm elections has been decisive für Republican candidates,” it states, highlighting Trump’s influence on Truth Social Network as well as that of the ex-president.

According to the document, Trump and his family “settled back in their home,” after which Trump “voluntarily asked” [the National Archives]Mar-a-Lago movers invited to collect 15 boxes documents.

The suit also puts forward the possibility that Trump will argue in the court that the retrieved documents – including some at the top government classification levels – had been declassified by him.

According to the suit, an internal DOJ “taint” or “filter team” would not be sufficient to protect Trump’s rights.

‘President Trump determined that a search for documents bearing classification markings should be conducted – even if the marked documents had been declassified,’ it says. According to the suit, his staff carried out a “diligent search.”

Trump made a statement in his Save America PAC also addressing the suit.

It was an “unnecessary and unwarranted and unAmerican break-in by dozens FBI agents, as well as others of my Mar-a-Lago home.”

“They requested that security cameras be disabled, which we denied. My attorneys were not allowed to observe the raid and they said ‘absolutely’.

They took documents that were protected by executive and attorney privilege. This is illegal. They stole my passports. They even brought a ‘safe cracker’ and successfully broke into my personal safe, which revealed…nothing!’ Trump tweeted.

“We demand that the DOJ turn over an actual, not ‘plants’, inventory of all my properties that were taken, and reveal where they are located.

“We demand that all items taken wrongfully from my house be IMMEDIATELY restituted,” he said, returning to his accusations, but without providing any evidence that FBI agents had planted materials during the search.

Trump blasts again the raid and then says he needs the documents returned so he can use them in a Trump Presidential Library.

He stated that the Mar-a-Lago Break-In, Search, and Seizure had been illegal and unconstitutional. We are now taking every action necessary to obtain the documents, which would have been given to them without having to raid my house. I will give the National Archives the documents until they are needed for the future Donald J. Trump Presidential Library and Museum.
