On Wednesday, the White House warned that Vladimir Putin, Russia’s autocratic leader and dictatorship could resort to chemical and biological weapons as part of a major escalation in his unprovoked attack on Ukraine.
Jen Psaki, Press Secretary of the United States, sharply criticised Moscow’s assertion that U.S. has built bioweapons laboratories in Ukraine. She called it ‘preposterous propaganda’
She condemned Russia earlier in the day for the ‘barbaric bombing’ of Mariupol, Ukraine’s maternity ward.
A senior Biden official was critical of Russia’s “track record” of gaslighting the West with accusations. The Kremlin reported that Putin used the Kremlin’s reports to justify his continued ‘premeditated and unprovoked attack on Ukraine’, which has seen Russia bombard Kyiv and other areas in the country for close to two weeks.
“This is absurd. It’s the kind of disinformation operation we’ve seen repeatedly from the Russians over the years in Ukraine and in other countries, which have been debunked, and an example of the types of false pretexts we have been warning the Russians would invent,’ Psaki wrote on Twitter.
She said that it was not true that the U.S. has any chemical weapons or biological weapons and she is fully in compliance with both the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and the Biological Weapons Convention.
She pointed out Russia’s own track record of allegations of using chemical and bilogical weapons against its enemies, adding: ‘It’s Russia that has long maintained a biological weapons program in violation of international law.’
“Also Russia is infamous for accusing the West in the same violations it has been committing.” Russia accused the U.S. falsely of having deployed chemical weapons contractors in Ukraine last December.

On Twitter, President Volodymyr Zelesky stated that there were “people, children underneath the wreckage” of the hospital. He called it an ‘atrocity’.

One woman walks out of the Mariupol, Ukraine-damaged maternity hospital after it was hit by a Russian missile on Wednesday.
Her continued: “This is all an apparent ploy Russia to try, to try to justify its further premeditated and unprovoked attacks on Ukraine.”
Psaki said Russia’s apparent outrage could lead to an ‘false Flag’ operation.
“Now that Russia made such false claims, China appears to have supported this propaganda,” she said. We should be watching for Russia possibly using chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine or creating a false flag operation using them. It’s a clear pattern,’ she said.
In an interview with Sky News, Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine warned that millions could be killed if NATO did not establish a no-fly area over the country.
Zelensky stated that they want to make us feel like animals by blocking our biggest cities in Ukraine. They blocked them to prevent our people from getting food and water.
“We cannot stop this all by ourselves. Only then will the whole world unite to support Ukraine.
Don’t expect me to call you multiple times or a million time to get the heavens closed. We need you to call our families who have lost children and to say “sorry it didn’t happen yesterday.”
“The universe did nothing. Sorry, it is true. The future will prove too costly. It will be too late. They will shut down the sky, but they will also lose millions. [while they wait]’.
He made these comments after the Russian rockets had decimated Mariupol’s maternity center on Wednesday afternoon. Children were left in rubble.
On Wednesday, the Pentagon dismissed claims that the U.S. operates biological laboratories out of Ukraine. This is after China supported Russia’s plot to create biological weapons in Eastern Europe.
‘The Russian accusations are absurd – they’re laughable and are, in the words of my Irish Catholic grandfather, ‘a bunch of malarkey,’ Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby said during a briefing.
He continued, “There is nothing to it.” It’s Russian propaganda at its best.
China claimed Tuesday that the U.S. was operating biological weapon-making labs in Ukraine as part of a Russian conspiracy. Kremlin originally claimed the claim to retroactively justify President Vladimir Putin’s attack on 14 days ago.
‘U.S. “U.S. biolabs have attracted much attention recenty,” Zhao Lijian, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry said Tuesday to reporters.
He stated that all dangerous pathogens found in Ukraine should be kept in such labs, and that research activities must be conducted by the U.S. side. However, he did not provide any evidence of America’s alleged bio labs.

‘The Russian narrative that they’ve put out there that the United States is somehow running or facilitating, you know, biological weapons labs in Ukraine and that these labs are going to pose a threat to the – this is of a piece of the Russian playbook here: claim they’re the victims, create a false narrative to try to justify their own aggressive actions,’ a senior Defense official told Fox News.
“It’s absurd. It is absurd. They said it is not true, echoing Kirby’s words.
It is believed Putin also has a ‘bioweapons arsenal’ located in Siberia.
Novosibirsk Oblast State Centre for Research on Virology and Biotechnology has devastating disease outbreaks such as smallpox and anthrax. It also has more modern killer pathogens such as Ebola.
It was opened in the Cold War era as a research center for bioterrorism. Today, the site is one of Russia’s most secure. Barbed wire and armed soldiers are permanently posted at the gates.
According to the laboratory’s official statement, it now concentrates on vaccines for deadly viruses. It launched its research last year into the prehistoric viruses that were found in horses from paleolithic periods, which was made possible by melting permafrost from Siberia.
But a U.S. State Department report last year claimed Russia ‘maintains an offensive biological weapons program’ despite the country insisting it had ceased such research.
Maria Vladimirovna Zakharova (Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) stated that during the invasion, Moscow was verifying that Ukrainian leaders were trying to eliminate traces of military and biological programs.
These programs were backed financially by the U.S., she claimed.
China has now repeated this claim after using the same diversion tactic as last year to dodge questions regarding COVID-19.
China at the time pointed out Fort Detrick (a U.S. military installation in Maryland) as the source for the virus that caused the two-year long pandemic.
In 1980, the Soviet Union falsely stated that the same facility had caused AIDS.
Zhao also spoke of the facility Tuesday.

China’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said Tuesday that a Russian conspiracy claimed the U.S. operates a biological weapons facility in Ukraine. He used this as a retroactive justification to invade Ukraine.

These claims are made as Russia invades Ukraine for the 14th time. Pictured: On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, a man rode a bike in front of an apartment block in Mariupol (Ukraine).
China has made new allegations after Russia accused the U.S. of using Ukraine earlier this week to conduct illegal biological weapons research on deadly disease, such as the Black Death.
Zhao stated that the U.S. is the party who knows the most about the laboratories. He suggested that the U.S. should disclose as much information as possible including the location of viruses and the research done.
He also demanded that all parties involved ensure safety in the facilities of the bio laboratory.
This latest misinformation is meant to justify Putin’s continued invasion of Ukraine.
Multiple false flag videos were released before the February attack. They showed alleged genocide of Russian-speaking people in Eastern Ukraine. The U.S. intelligence said that this was done with altered video.
Moscow claimed this week that a raid was conducted last month in order to eliminate stocks of “especially dangerous pathogenic agents for the plague, anthrax and tularemia (rabbit flu), cholera, and other lethal illnesses.”
According to Russian authorities, the Russian border was where the bio-weapons project, which is against International law, was located. According to Ukrainian sources, the pathogens had been destroyed so Vladimir Putin’s invaders could not discover evidence.
This is the latest in a frenzy of scare stories receiving major coverage in Russian media to justify the increasingly bloody war in Ukraine, where at least 364 Ukrainians have died and at least 759 have been injured, according to the United Nations.
Russia has been laying the groundwork for such claims for quite some time, according to Foreign Policy magazine. In January, a Russian-language Telegram account warned that a ‘full-fledged network of biological laboratories has been deployed’ with ‘American grants’ to study deadly viruses that were already making people sick in Kazakhstan.
In May 2020, the Russian newspaper Izvestia made similar claims. And a close advisor to Putin accused the US last year of developing ‘more and more biological laboratories … mainly by the Russian and Chinese borders.’

Russian military spokesperson Igor Konashenkov says he has documents that prove Ukraine conducted bio-weapons research in Russia, with assistance from the U.S.

Although it was difficult to verify immediately the authenticity, the Russians claimed they were still reviewing the documents.

The documents reportedly come from Ukraine and detail the country’s plans to study biological weapons, which would which would flout International law

After being bombarded at Irpin (in the suburbs of Kyiv), Ukraine on Sunday March 6th 2022, a factory and store were set ablaze
The biological weapons research is the latest ‘false flag’ orchestrated by Russia since it announced a ‘special military operation’ against Ukraine on February 24 to ‘demilitarize’ and ‘de-Nazify’ its neighbor, whose president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Jewish.
Separately, the Kremlin claimed that Ukraine had been building plutonium-doped bombs at Chernobyl. This is now Russian military command.
Russia claims the Ukrainian secret service and Azov Battalion – a Ukrainian National Guard unit known for its neo Nazi sympathies – are planning to set fire to a reactor located at the National Research Centre of Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology. Then, Moscow will be blamed for the nuclear contamination.
The claims have been supported by scant evidence and are most likely propaganda for Russia’s war on terror.
The West repeatedly warns of Russian “false flag” and “fake” actions in relation to invasion.
According to Igor Konashenkov, a Russian military spokesperson, “It’s clear that the Pentagon was worried about the disclosure of secret biological tests in Ukraine”
Moscow was alleged to have obtained documents that ‘confirm that Ukrainian Bio-Laboratories within the immediate proximity of Russian Territory were engaged in creating components of biological arms’.
Although the Russians claimed they were still studying the documents, it was difficult to determine their authenticity.
“Some of them (in particular the instructions of the Ukrainian Health Ministry on how to eradicate pathogens as well as the certificates at the bio-laboratories of Poltava or Kharkiv) are we publishing now.
Konashenkov claimed that workers at Ukrainian biolaboratories had told the Russian military that “especially hazardous pathogens” and other potentially lethal agents were being destroyed by the Russian army on February 24.
It was alleged that the destruction had been done to hide breaches of the Biological Weapons Convention. March 1975 was the date that disarmament became effective.
It has been signed and ratified by 183 countries including Russia, the United States and Ukraine, according to the Arms Control Association.
Separately, Russiahas alleged a planned ‘provocation’ by Ukrainian defenders to blow up a research reactor near Kharkiv causing ‘possible radioactive contamination,’ which would be blamed on Moscow.
“Nationalists” mined a nuclear reactor from an experimental system at the [National Research Center of]Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology,” stated a Russian military statement.

While the Ukraine bombing continues, refugee flow from Russia is increasing.
According to the report, the Ukrainian military and Azov battalion militants intend to detonate the reactor. The Russian Armed Forces have been accused of accusing them of having launched an attack missile on an experimental nuclear power plant.
The claim was further made that “on March 6, 2006, foreign journalists arrived in Kharkiv for the purposes of recording the effects of the provocation and were then accused of accusing Russia of creating an ecological disaster.”
Russia had claimed earlier that Chernobyl was being equipped with plutonium-based “dirty bombs”.
There was no evidence.
Russia was accused recently of using the chemical-agent Novichok in poisoning both Sergei Skripal, a double agent in Salisbury, and Alexei Navalny, a Kremlin enemy in Siberia.
Ukraine last week warned Russia that it may stage an attack against one of its border villages with multiple rocket-launching system.
Dmytro Kuleba (Ukraine Foreign Minister) tweeted that on Thursday, there were “worrying” reports about a possible operation that would suggest Ukraine had attacked a Russian settlement.

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukrainian Foreign Minister, stated on Twitter that there are ‘worrying’ reports of an operation suggesting Ukraine may have attacked a Russian village

Russians could have used multiple rocket-launching platforms in Popovka, Russia’s border village to launch missiles at their homeland. Kuleba stated that Russian actions are barbaric and that they fear an operation under false flag.
Although his statement wasn’t immediately confirmed by government officials, it follows several days of Russian troop movements that have encircled key Ukrainian cities following the failure to seize major urban centers and subdue Kyiv military forces.
Russia had been accused of staging a fake flag event two days prior to the February 22 invasion. Moscow said it attacked two military units and destroyed two armored vehicles, killing five Ukrainian soldiers in Russian territory.
Analysts quickly discredited the claims. This led to new warnings from the Kremlin that it was trying to create conflict in order to justify an invasion full-scale of Ukraine.
The Donetsk People’s Republic claimed another incident in which three civilians died from bombing by Ukrainian saboteurs. Analysts also asked about a video that showed the extent of the damage.
US intelligence warned Russia weeks prior to the invasion that a fake flag attack was being planned. This pretext led to an invasion and social media disinformation campaigns to paint Ukraine as aggressor.
Officials said last month that there was evidence to support the claims of operatives who had been trained in urban warfare or sabotage.
Antony Blinken, US Secretary-of-State, stated that talks were ongoing with Poland on Sunday in order to orchestrate a deal that would allow Polish fighter jets to be flown by pilots from the Ukrainian Air Force in order to combat Russia’s air superiority.

Ukrainians gather under the bridge that has been destroyed as they attempt to cross the Irpin River in the outskirts Kyiv. March 5, 2022
This deal would allow Ukraine to acquire 28 MiG-29 Russian-made warplanes from Poland. They would then be replaced by F-16s manufactured by the United States.
Blinken Margaret Brennan of CBS’s Face the Nation said, “That gets the green signal.” Actually, we are talking with Polish friends to see if we can help to meet their requirements if they decide to give these fighter planes to the Ukrainians. What are we able to do?
“How can they help them to get something to fill the planes they are handing over to Ukraine?”
You can find it as The Defense Ministry of Russia today advised NATO countries including Romania to avoid hosting Kyiv’s military airplanes. They could be involved in an armistice.
Igor Konashenkov, a Defense Ministry spokesperson said that certain Ukrainian combat aircraft had been redeployed in Romania to assist other Ukraine neighbours he didn’t identify.
He stated that the attack of Russian warplanes from territories belonging to these countries could be considered an engagement by those countries in the military conflict.

Konashenkov stated that he knew for certain that Ukrainian combat aircraft had flown to Romania, and other nearby countries.
‘The use the airfield network these countries have for flying the Ukrainian military aircraft and then using force to defeat Russia’s army, can be considered as an act of state involvement in an armed war.
A spokesperson also stated that all combat-ready Ukrainian aircraft were destroyed.
U.S. Army Colonel Mark Milley visited Pabrade in Lithuania earlier this morning amid the growing crisis in Ukraine.
Ukraine fears an attack from the air may soon be the go-to choice of tactics by Russia after their ground offensive appears to be making far slower progress than the Kremlin had anticipated.

Following an attack by the air force in Bila Terkva (Kyiv Oblast), March 5, 2022, officers from both State Emergency Service and Police respond to several homes that were damaged.

Two children and their mother were killed in the attack on their home. The father sustained injuries from a mortar blast as thousands of civilians fled for safety.

After heavy bombardment by Kremlin troops, large numbers fled Irpin in northwest Kyiv.
The White House is currently working on details to make a deal.
“There are many practical and challenging questions that need to be answered, such as how planes can actually be moved from Poland to Ukraine.
According to a spokesperson from the White House, ‘We’re also looking at the potential capabilities that we can provide to support Poland’s decision to send planes to Ukraine’.
Poland is part of NATO and would have to manage the situation carefully, not support the war unambiguously.
After Russian forces bombarded Ukraine’s second largest city, Mariupol in just minutes of an agreement cease-fire, a 18-month old boy called Kirill died from his injuries.
Later, Kirill’s mother Marina Yatsko was seen with her devastated boyfriend Fedor as she sat down to grieve over the body of their son.
The bodies of all those who were killed by the mortar attack could be seen lying on the road, one of the most horrifying scenes of war.
There were also suitcases, which they packed in anticipation of their journey to safety. The luggage even contained a pet carrier.
