Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most vocal accusers, will not be testifying at the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell.
Maxwell will be facing a six-week trial in federal court, New York next week. She is accused of alleged abuse and procurement of young girls. If convicted of all the charges, Maxwell could spend more than 80 years behind bars.
According to one source, her lawyers expect to claim that Epstein is punishing her by proxy. This means she must pay the price for his heinous crimes.
Maxwell has at least four potential witnesses, with three being allowed anonymity.
Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers, won’t testify against Maxwell, even though he names the people involved in Maxwell’s trafficking ring.
It’s not clear yet why she has not been called to testify.

Giuffre called Maxwell ‘pure Evil’ and said that Epstein was “a sick pedophile, but Maxwell the mastermind”.
Another victim claimed: “We thought she…” [Maxwell]Mary Poppins, because she seemed like our friend and spoke in an English accent.
She turned out to be a beast in designer clothes. We fell for her charms. She understood exactly what was happening. “I hope she goes to hell.”
Giuffre claims in various media interviews that Epstein along with Maxwell bought her access to high-ranking men.
They include Prince Andrew; Alan Dershowitz, ex-Governor of New Mexico Bill Richardson, and George Mitchell, Democratic Senate Majority Lead; Marvin Minsky (MIT Computer Scientist); Jean-Luc Brunel cofounder of MC2 Model Agency.
The allegations have been strongly refuted by all the men.
Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine maxwell had a long-term relationship during the 90s to 00s. They are accused of having coerced teenage girls into sexual activity.
According to Vanity Fair, Giuffre will not be taking the stand but is believed to plan to hold off on-the-record briefings from Australia for journalists throughout the trial.
Maxwell is facing six charges, including conspiracy for underage girls being transported to illegal sexual activities.
Prosecutors claim Maxwell was a friend to the girls, taking them shopping and the movies. Then she introduced them to Epstein to abuse them.
Maxwell has repeatedly denied the allegations. Maxwell stated most recently, November 1, that she had not been charged with any crime.
Prosecutors allege Maxwell groomed 4 victims while they were minors, between 1994-2004.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre won’t be testifying at Maxwell’s trial, but she will give off-the-record briefings for reporters. In the past, she claimed that Andrew forced her to have sex. Alle sexual accusations made against Andrew by the Duke of York were consistently dismissed by the Duke.
Maxwell allegedly assaulted the youngest victim, who was only 14 years old at the time.
Expect her lawyers to claim she is being punished through proxy for Epstein’s horrible crimes. One source close to this case says that’someone must pay for what he did.

Prosecutors stated that the trial would focus on whether Jeffrey Epstein was provided with access to young girls and whether Epstein had intended to sexually contact those girls.
Maxwell’s lawyers have claimed that she is being unfairly punished and kept in inhumane conditions at New York’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
For the last 16 months, she has been in isolation.
Maxwell was detained in prison since July 2020.
Maxwell was reportedly in a long-term relationship with Epstein during the 90s. He allegedly introduced Maxwell to powerful people.
Epstein, who was being tried for sex-trafficking charges in New York on August 10, 2019, was discovered dead at a New York jail.
