Virginia Giuffre (the woman who says she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew as a 17-year old) could now be asked to make a victim statement before a New York Judge for Ghislaine Maxill’s sentencing.
This week, the British socialite was convicted on multiple charges of child sex traficking in connection to Epstein’s billionaire boyfriend.
According to the Telegraph, although a few accusers didn’t give evidence, they will be allowed to plead to Alison Nathan.
One of the men is believed to be Ms Giuffre (previously Virginia Roberts), who claims she had three sex sessions with Andrew while she was still a teenager, and that they were under Epstein’s supervision. These claims have been denied by the Prince.
Victim Impact Statements are testimony presented to courts that describe the consequences of an offender’s actions.
Although guidelines and reports serve the primary purpose of determining sentence length, judges should consider victim impact statements.
Sigrid McCawley, who represents Ms Giuffre, told the paper: ‘At the sentencing, I anticipate that there will be a lot of testimony from many, many other women who were not able to be heard at the trial, who will come forward and bring information about their suffering at the hands of Ghislaine Maxwell.
“I believe that this issue will be addressed by Judge Nathan before she makes her determination on how long Ghislaine will remain behind bars.”
According to senior royal insiders, the duke was a Royal Family member and operated with impunity because his staff were too scared to challenge him. Pictured: Prince Andrew
Virginia Giuffre, the 17-year-old woman who claimed she was forced into sleeping with Prince Andrew at age 17, could give a victim impact report to a New York Judge for Ghislaine Maxwell’s sentencing.
It comes amid claims that Buckingham Palace ‘sleepwalked’ into the Prince Andrew crisis and has been paralysed with indecision over to how to handle things.
According to senior royal insiders, the duke was ‘impunious’ because he was a member the Royal Family’s Royal Family. Staff were too scared to challenge him.
The idea that he might still make it to the public eye, even with the controversy over his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein’s paedophile Jeffrey Epstein must be rejected.
Andrew had suffered two setbacks during his US sex trial. He admitted that he doesn’t have any proof of his famous claim that he can sweat, and he also saw the judge reject an attempt to stop the case.
The prince is currently being sued for damages by his accuser in New York. They have asked him to hand over any evidence that he doesn’t perspire. He said this in an interview with Newsnight about a car accident two years ago, when he denied her claims.
His legal team however stated that he did not possess any documents, custody or control to support the claim.
Andrew requested that Andrew not delay the case because Miss Giuffre, who he said cannot sue in America due to her Australian citizenship, was denied.
Yesterday was the prince’s first public appearance since his friend and British socialite Ghislaine Maxiwell was convicted on multiple charges of child sex traficking. He drove himself to Windsor Castle.
He also said to Emily Maitlis in his Newsnight interview that on Miss Giuffre’s date in London, Miss Giuffre claimed he was at a Pizza Express near Woking. This has also been confirmed by him.
Miss Roberts is now Giuffre and claims that she had slept with Andrew three more times in 2001. This was at the time she was 17, when Epstein controlled her.

Maxwell’s accusations were denied by the prince. However, Maxwell’s conviction has put more pressure on the prince.
An ex-royal adviser spoke under anonymity. He said that, while no one knew about the extent to which the duke was friends with Maxwell or Epstein outside his private office, but the Andrew problem was a persistent issue within the royal household.
‘Anyone who even dared to offer their professional advice that maybe his way wasn’t the right one was met with a decisive ‘f*** off out of my office’,’ the source said.
Other former royal staff back up the account, claiming that the prince behaved as though he didn’t need to answer anyone and allowed himself to “go rogue”.

Andrew’s role in roving trade “ambassador” was particularly problematic, according to some reports. This saw him being repeatedly criticised for cozying up with highly controversial businessmen and world leaders.
An ex-member of Buckingham Palace’s staff recalled the ‘impossible task’ it took to convince either the prince or his advisors to follow any instructions. They stated that the duke had made it clear to them that the Queen was his only source of information.
“He won’t listen to advice from anybody.” [He]He acted in total impunity, and his staff was too afraid to challenge him as a member the Royal Family. He benefited from the support of Her Majesty, who almost always supported him.
“There is an element of Buckingham Palace sleepingwalking into Andrew’s whole crisis. Andrew would lie to his family and say that the whole thing was false, and would soon disappear.
Andrew (pictured) has stepped down from his official duties in the wake of Newsnight’s interview. Insiders stated that Andrew’s decision to return to public life was not possible because it was “unsatisfactory”.
Andrew took a break from his duties after the Newsnight interview. Insiders stated that Andrew was not able to return to public life because it was “unsatisfactory”. “It would be more beneficial for all involved to lance this boil now, once for all,” they stated.
Andrew will attempt to get Miss Giuffre’s case dismissed again on Tuesday.
Yesterday, she filed court papers in which her legal team stated that they will test her Newsnight alibi. He disputed the claim that he sweated while dancing in London’s nightclub. They also claimed that he suffered from a “peculiar” medical condition, making it impossible for him to lose weight. His lawyers are asking the court for proof regarding his “alleged medical condition, anhidrosis”.
They could also ask his ex-police bodyguards for testimony about whereabouts of the duke at the time Miss Giuffre claims they had sex. Last night, Buckingham Palace refused to comment.
STEPHEN GLOOVER: The legal tricks are no longer valid. King Andrew threatens the monarchy
Can Prince Andrew save himself? Are his reputation, good name and integrity about to go under the hammer?
No one can yet answer these questions definitively because no one other than Prince Andrew and a handful of people know whether he is wholly innocent of allegations made by Virginia Giuffre (formerly Roberts) that he sexually abused her in London and New York and on a Caribbean island in 2001 when she was 17.
If he is blameless, as he vehemently insists that he is, it is obviously in his interests and those of the Royal Family for him to strain every sinew to convince the world of his innocence. He has not yet done this.
Prince Andrew has been the focus of attention, STEPHEN GLOVER writes.
The prince was able to get away with stonewalling, evasion, and obfuscation up until this week, but at a huge cost to his reputation. A completely new approach is required by the prince after Ghislaine Maxwell was found guilty of being a child-sex trader. His situation has changed dramatically.
Andrew is now in the spotlight because of what we know about his invitee to Balmoral Castle, Windsor Castle, Sandringham.
The famous photo of Prince Andrew smiling and wrapping his arm around Virginia Giuffre’s naked midriff, taken by Ghislaine Maxwell in her home, takes on an even deeper meaning.
Was there anything that happened on that fateful night? Was that the prince, aged 41 years old, doing? What was he doing with the arm he was holding on to a 17 year-old girl in a sex trading ring for Jeffrey Epstein’s friend Maxwell?
Prince Andrew is pictured in his interview for BBC Newsnight 2019.
Andrew is also in the spotlight because of the claims that Maxwell and Epstein were victims. A jury has now believed these allegations, although Virginia Giuffre was not called to testify during the trial.
Can the prince seriously believe that his previous policy of bobbing and weaving – he told BBC’s Newsnight in a disastrous interview in 2019 that he couldn’t even remember meeting Giuffre – is remotely sustainable following Maxwell’s conviction?
Take a look at what Andrew and his attorneys have done in recent months. Andrew was accused in an attempt to hide, duck and run from his lawyers after Virginia Giuffre sued him. They should have been accepted as men.
Andrew Brettler, his aggressive US attorney tried to claim simultaneously that Giuffre’s claims were “baseless and possibly unlawful” while also claiming that court papers hadn’t been properly served. Judge Lewis Kaplan retorted in good faith: ‘Let’s just get to the content.
The prince’s attorneys changed their tune in October by branding Giuffre a “money-hungry, sex kitten” who had initiated this ridiculous lawsuit against Prince Andrew to get another payday.
They lied to the American Court that Virginia Giuffre had pretended to be American but was actually living in Australia. This was their latest deceit. The arguments will be heard by the judge on Tuesday.
Prince Andrew will have to defend himself, whether it is in connection to Giuffre’s lawsuit or other charges that could arise in the aftermath of Maxwell’s conviction. If he declines to do so, the world will increasingly conclude that he is guilty – with possibly calamitous consequences for the monarchy.
He has always behaved as if the allegations against him were his own. He seems to believe that the only thing that matters is whether he wants to interview himself and then shoot himself in his foot, duck court papers or unleash attack dog lawyers who abuse abusive language.
Prince Andrew strongly refutes Ms Giuffre’s (pictured in court in New York, August 27, 2019,) claims that he had slept with her following her claim to having been trafficked.
Jeffrey Epstein’s Jeffrey Maxwell associate sits while the guilty verdict of her sex-abuse trial in New York City is read.
Of course, it’s not. Andrew is at risk of his reputation, but he has managed to keep it protected in an impressively clod-hopping manner. But there is something infinitely more important at stake – the position of Her Majesty the Queen as she approaches the 70th anniversary of the start of her reign.
The monarchy will be permanently damaged if the entitled, pompous prince persists in giving the impression there are two sets of laws that govern the behavior of individuals like himself and one for everyone else.
This is why he cannot continue to run the show in such incompetent, haphazard ways. He needs to give a full account and try to understand his relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell (child trafficker) and Jeffrey Epstein (paedophile), who died in prison.
A law-abiding man shouldn’t have to be afraid of the law. While the prince can insist upon a fair hearing without any prejudice, once this right is granted, avoidance of very serious charges will be shameful, contemptuous, and degrading.
His reputation as a foolish, inept man is well-known for his bad company. He is a fool who keeps bad company, and millions of people love the monarchy. The monarchy must be protected from Prince Andrew.
