DailyMail.com was given a copy by Jack Maxey of Hunter’s hard drive in spring 2021.
He also gave copies and material from it to the Washington Post, New York Times, and Senator Chuck Grassley in his role as ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee – but he claims they all sat on it for months.
Maxey was hiding in Zurich over the past 2 weeks. He is now working with IT specialists to find more data on the “laptop from hell”.
Maxey was a co-host on the War Room podcast hosted by Steve Bannon. Maxey claims that they have found “450 gigabytes” of deleted material including images and video, as well more than 120,000 email archives.
He stated that he plans to upload them all online into a searchable database within the next few weeks.

Maxey stated that they were contacted by DailyMail.com last year about his laptop. He saw black SUVs outside of Maxey’s house and ex-intelligence officers who shared copies told Maxey that strange phone calls had been received.
“I presented this to my friend in desperate need in February.” [2021]I would not be heard by anyone. It would not be accepted by any news organization. He said that in fact the Daily Mail was the first major news organisation to adopt it.

Maxey said that an ex-intelligence agency top staffer had told him, shortly after Maxey received his hard drive in 2020,: “If you don’t release enough, so they know you can unleash all of it. I’m telling you brother. You’re dead.”
Maxey followed their lead and published batches of email and other files on file-sharing sites in October 2020.
After about an hour, however, the links were removed.
Maxey claimed that the US government believed he was searching for the files posted to an online laptop, and flagged them as such to the companies.
Five drop boxes were found: one in New Zealand, one in the United States and two in England. Because they are unable to look at child pornography themselves, all the same drop boxes that they use for this purpose can be shared across the world.

‘So this means that our intelligence services, who still have not even acknowledged that they have Hunter Biden’s laptop, were obviously diligently doing cache searches across the internet to find out if any of this stuff was being released.

Maxey stated that one of the reasons he selected Switzerland to hide out was because Swiss Transfer was the only file-sharing site that didn’t take down his laptop files. This file sharing website is based in Switzerland, which Maxey claimed was historically neutral.
He claimed that the FBI made Hunter look slow and did not enter into evidence the computer they had received from Mac Isaac.
According to The New York Times files from Hunter’s laptop form part of Hunter’s federal trial for money laundering, tax fraud and illegal foreign advocacy.
The laptop contains a number of documents and emails that show Hunter’s interactions with Burisma (a Ukrainian gas company) which was at the heart of Trump’s second impeachment.
According to allegations, the former president of Ukraine was responsible for pushing Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukrainian President, to open investigations into Bidens’ and Burisma corruption claims.
Maxey asserts that if the FBI had come forward with emails in 2020 showing details about Hunter’s work on Burisma, Trump could have been vindicated.
He stated that the FBI “had this on December 9th 2019,” he added. I believe the person who was first betrayed by the FBI was an incumbent US President in an impeachment proceeding. At that time, the FBI had sufficient exculpatory evidence to make it end immediately. They did not do anything.
He added that ‘the second group to be betrayed was all the Democratic presidential candidates for spring’s primaries in 2011.
‘The American people felt betrayed. I can assure you Joe Biden wouldn’t have run to dog catcher if this laptop was known.
Hunter and his business partner make clear references in emails to Joe’s involvement with a multimillion-dollar deal that was made with the Chinese government-linked oil company CEFC.
Maxey railed at the Senate Judiciary Committee’s GOP ranking member Chuck Grassley for refusing to take Maxey up on his offer of a laptop.

Maxey uploaded a series of files and emails from his laptop to file sharing websites in October 2020. The links were removed after an hour. This is Hunter’s laptop.
One infamous May 2017 email by Hunter’s partner James Gilliar, he suggests 10% of the equity in the deal would go to ‘the big guy’ – a phrase consistently used throughout Hunter’s communications to refer to his father.
Another email shows that Joe and Hunter had a shared bank account, and they paid their bills together.
Maxey also blasted Chuck Grassley, the GOP’s ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Committee, for refusing to accept his laptop offer last year.
‘I have a lot of admiration for Chuck Grassley – or I did,’ Maxey said.
‘I sent Chuck Grassley a thoughtful, rational and respectful letter. I also gave him a copy the laptop. The receipts were signed.
“I have never received a single word from the Senate Judiciary Committee.”
Grassley, along with Senator Ron Johnson, co-wrote a joint report publishing bank documents that were obtained by his committee. This document revealed the millions of dollars sent from China to Hunter and Joe’s uncle Jim Biden.
In a speech this week to Congress, Grassley referred to additional documents that show the flow of funds between CEFC and Hunter and Jim.
Maxey gave the Washington Post a hard copy in June 2021. It took the paper nine months to verify the hard drive before it was published in its first article announcing that the laptop is valid.
This paper used the same techniques as the Cyber Forensics Experts DailyMail.com to validate the laptop’s authenticity last spring.
Maxey also provided hundreds of documents on the laptop to The New York Times. They finally acknowledged it in a two-week old story.
Fox News has not been able to obtain a complete copy of his hard drive, and instead received only batches of documents.
“If there is an honest media, willing to expose the corrupt stories and report them, voters will be better informed as to who they should elect. They failed us, Maxey stated.

Jen Psaki called Hunter’s laptop Russian disinformation when it was referred to by a group former intelligence officers in 2020.
The claims that the laptop contained Russian disinformation were prominently covered by both newspapers in the preceding months.
In October 2020, more than 50 former intelligence officers wrote an open letter in which they questioned the provenance of the laptop. They claimed that it “has all the hallmarks of a Russian Information Opera.”
The signatories were former CIA acting directors John Brennan and Leon Panetta as well as former National Intelligence Director James Clapper.
‘They essentially declared in their ‘best opinion’ – you notice how they always use weasel words – that this is a fabrication of elves in the basement of the Kremlin,’ Maxey said.
“I still don’t get how Panetta Clapper Haden Brennan claimed it was a fabrication.
Maxey thinks Hunter’s laptop ‘cover up’ is bipartisan and stated that he would like to see an entirely new Congress investigate the matter in open hearings.
“We will be having an election in the autumn. And my prayer is that every member of the United States House and Senate who are running for office this year get replaced – Republicans and Democrats. He said, “We need to take over the country.”
