Britney Spears on Tuesday accused her mother Lynne of being the architect of the conservatorship that has restricted her every move for the last 13 years, fuming in an angry Instagram post: ‘You know exactly what you did.’
Spears, 39, quickly deleted the text and launched an incredible attack against her mother.
Lynne Spears attempted to take Britney’s side during her row with Jamie, Lynne’s ex husband, over the conservatorship.
The singer has rejected her offers of help, and Tuesday she said that her mother was the real villain in this sorry story.
Britney stated that Britney’s dad is not intelligent enough to consider a conservatorship.
The singer posted a message on Instagram reading: ‘The most dangerous animal in the world is a silent smiling woman’.
She captioned the image: ‘My dad may have started the conservatorship 13 years ago … but what people don’t know is that my mom is the one who gave him the idea.
“I will never get these years back.
‘She secretly ruined my life … and yes I will call her and Lou Taylor out on it … so take your whole ‘I have NO IDEA what’s going on’ attitude and go f*** yourself!!!!’
Britney Spears posted an Instagram caption Tuesday. She then deleted it and replaced it with an edited version.

She continued: ‘You know exactly what you did … my dad is not smart enough to ever think of a conservatorship.’
Spears then deleted the post, and replaced it with one which appeared to be celebrating the news that her father has formally requested an end to her conservatorship, telling the judge in Los Angeles that he is abandoning his role immediately and does not want further payment.
‘It was a family business before … it’s no longer that anymore !!!!’ Britney said this in an updated post, which had removed the attack on her mother.
‘I was BORN today cause I get to SMILE … so thank you for exiting out of my life and finally allowing me to live mine Thank you!!!!
“Psssssssssss, do you know how mean I sound?” Yes … I 100 billion percent I do.’
Lynne Spears, in July, made a sworn statement to support her daughter’s efforts to remove her father as conservator.
She said, “It is evident to me that James P. Spears cannot put my daughter’s interests before his own on both an professional and personal level.”
Jamie and Lynne Spears with their son Bryan, and Britney, were photographed in 2006.
Britney Spears posted the following picture in January 2019, showing her little girl as a child with her parents Jamie, and Lynne.
Jamie retorted, accusing Lynne being an absent mom and claiming that Britney paid her $150,000 per year for her Louisiana mansion.
Jamie Spears said that Lynne, in stark contrast, is the one who is incapable to put her daughter’s interests before her own.
Lynne has not been involved with her daughter’s lives for the majority of the past 12 years.
‘Despite their estranged marriage, the Conservatorship Estate paid and continues to pay for Lynne’s Louisiana mansion. This includes all her utility bills, weekly maid services, and all maintenance. The total amount is upwards of $150,000 per calendar year and nearly $2,000,000 to date.
Britney made the accusations against her mother as her father made the strongest possible move to end the arrangement.
Jamie Spears (69) filed a petition on September 7 to end the conservatorship.
On Tuesday, he told Judge Brenda Penny he was withdrawing from the agreement. He stated that he was tired of the legal wrangling.
His lawyers wrote in court documents obtained from TMZ: ‘Jamie unconditionally love and supports his daughter. It’s over.
Jamie will do all he can to care for and protect her, just as he did for her throughout her life.
“For the past 13 years, this included serving as her conservator. It means she will be ending her Conservatorship.
Jamie Spears, 69 years old, informed Britney (right), the judge in conservatorship of his daughter Britney, that he was officially leaving the arrangement. This was something he requested in September
Britney Spears, 39 has been trying for many years to get out of the 13-year conservatorship.
He stated that he was transferring all of his documents and files to his daughter’s legal team regardless of the judge’s ruling.
He also stated that he did not seek more money. Jamie Spears received $16,000 per month for managing his daughter’s $60 million estate.
“This conservatorship should be ended. His lawyers wrote, “Now, he should end this conservatorship.”
“There is no need to delay the termination of the Conservatorship for another second. Jamie is willing to agree to the immediate termination without reservation or exception of the Conservatorship.
Judge Penny removed Jamie Spears officially as the controller of her estate, on September 29.
‘The current situation is not tenable,’ she added before also ordering that control of all of the singer’s assets be turned over to a court-appointed temporary conservator – a certified public accountant named John Zabel.

Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosegart was hired on July 14 by the singer to replace Sam Ingham.
Jamie Spears was seen leaving court in October 2012 following a hearing in the conservatorship case.
Mathew Rosengart, the singer’s lawyer, is trying depose him. He is accused of mismanaging his affairs and abusing position.
Rosengart filed a request for Jamie to be deposed on October 1, and asked the Louisiana-born businessman why he wanted to end the conservatorship.
He asked Jamie if he was motivated by a desire to boost his reputation or to avoid his omission or respond to the exceptional discovery he received in August.
Rosengart, Britney’s lawyer since July, requested all documents concerning communications between Jamie, Tri Star and management company Tri Star. He also sought all documents regarding any agreements between Jamie, Tri Star, and Tri Star. The estate also requested all payments to Tri Star for legal services.
Rosengart also wants to ask Jamie, under oath, how much money he received from the estate of his daughter since 2008’s inception of the conservatorship.
The lawyer is also requesting all documents related to Britney’s personal telephone and any recording devices she has placed in her home.
Britney’s next court appearance is scheduled for November 12. It will likely focus on Britney losing her conservatorship. Britney filed a petition to end it in September.
Rosengart stated in court documents that Ms. Spears has been freed after more than a decade.
‘Ms. Spears has made it clear that she wants to end the conservatorship she has been subject to for so many years. She has asked this Court to ‘let’ her have her life back’ without any evaluation. Spears attended two Court hearings recently and asked this Court to end the conservatorship.
“It is respectfully submitted, with the consent of all the parties, that the time has come.
Spears and her fiancé Sam Asghari were spotted house hunting on October 20 as she continues to make strides in regaining her freedom.
The pair looked at a $16.5 Million mansion in Calabasas’s Hidden Hills neighborhood. This property currently belongs to JeffreeStar, a well-known makeup mogul.
Asghari and Spears were seen arriving at Hidden Hills’ private entrance, which is only accessible to A-list residents like Drake, the Kardashians, and Miley Cyrus.
Star purchased the house in 2019 for $14.6 Million. It has seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The house also boasts stunning views of the Southern California hills.
Pop singer, who has been performing since childhood, is fighting for her freedom from a conservatorship she was placed under in 2008.
Criticism has grown about the arrangement, with the singer and her supporter arguing that it may have been initially practical, but had long outgrown the purpose.
Jamie Spears was receiving $16,000 per month to manage his daughter’s affairs while she was touring the world and making millions.
Spears stated in court that she just wanted her life back in June.
“And it’s been thirteen years and it’s enough. It’s been a while since I owned my money.
“And it’s my wish, my dream that all of this should end without being tested.”
Jamie Spears decided to resign on August 12 after he felt pressured by his daughter, Lynne, and Britney’s fan base. However, he did so only after everything was in place. He didn’t specify how long this would take.
The father of three, a Louisiana-born father, said on September 7 that he accepted that the moment was now. He also defended his work for the past 13 years.
“The conservatorship has helped Ms. Spears through a major life-changing event, rehabilitate, advance her career, and set her finances and affairs in order. However, things have changed recently,’ the filing stated.
“Ms. Spears is now vocal in her frustration at the conservatorship’s level of control and has asked this Court to let her have her life back.”
He also stated that his legal teams do not believe she needs further psychological assessments – something that will be a relief to the singer who publicly opposed another evaluation.
Judge Penny has yet to respond to Jamie Spears’s latest petition.
