Aldi has revealed 15 new locations it will open across the nation by the end of this year.
The German discount supermarket, which currently boasts more than 930 UK locations, will open new stores in, among others, Bedlington and Windsor.
According to the grocer, each new store will result in the creation of approximately 30 new jobs.

The supermarket chain said store assistants will earn up to £10.57 nationally, and £11.32 inside the M25, with paid breaks included.
Ciaran Aldridge, national property director at Aldi UK, said: ‘There are still too many people for whom shopping at Aldi isn’t a convenient option.
‘We’re committed to changing that and opening nearly four new stores a week before Christmas clearly demonstrates our progress with this.’
The 15 new stores form part of Aldi’s drive to invest over £1.3billion into expanding its retail estate portfolio and open 100 new stores over the next two years.
The chain opened new stores at South Harrow, Portlethen and Cheltenham in October.
It recently opened its 50th London location in Dalston, as it continues to expand its presence in the capital.
Aldi released the locations in which it intends to buy development land last month.
The chain said that it was searching for new freehold developments within town centres or in ‘edge of-town’ areas that are’suitable’ for property development.
Aldi wants to expand throughout the country. It is looking to secure new stores in Penzance and Guildford, Cheltenham Milton Keynes Macclesfield South Shields Peebles, Penzance and York, among others.
The supermarket chain is looking to acquire sites in Aberdare and Barry in Wales. In the East of England, it wants to open stores at Hitchin, Brentwood, and Basildon.
According to the supermarket, it requires sites large enough to house a 20,000-square-foot store and approximately 100 parking spaces.
It will open a logistics warehouse in Leicestershire and plans expand its click-and–collect services. The chain has also chosen a Greenwich, London location for its first till-free shop.
Although the supermarket does not publish comparable sales figures, industry data suggests that approximately 60% of households have shopped at Aldi stores in the past year.
Aldi intends to open 100 additional stores over the next 2 years.
