Their three older sons, Rafael, 6, Leonardo, 5, and Romeo, 3, also wore fun costumes although it was not immediately clear what the boys were dressed up as.

Numerous celebrities commented on the post, offering support and love during what Hilaria described as an “intense” time.

A Sunday morning investigative report in the Los Angeles Times revealed that three accidental weapons releases occurred prior to Hutchins’ death.

One involved Alec’s stunt double accidentally shooting a blank when he was told the gun was “cold”.

Another example was when a props worker accidentally shot herself in the foot with a blank.

During their investigation, the Times interviewed several crew members.

One claim that there were numerous red flags throughout production, citing the absence of an on-site physician during preproduction.

“Somebody dropped a countersink part and it stabbed me in my hand. A production worker shared that she had to handle it herself and is still recovering from it.

Another source claimed that production leaders were more concerned by their budget than safety on set.

Lane Luper, A-camera’s first assistant, stated that crew members were always more important than the budget.

“Everything was about schedule and budget.”

Luper, along unnamed crew members, claimed that officials failed to send out safety bulletins and call sheets once filming had begun.

Despite the lack of safety concern from production leaders, crew members claim Alec prioritized the well being of his fellow cast members.

A camera technician stated that Alec was concerned about safety on the set.

Another crew member echoed the words of another crew member, “He wanted me to know where I would stand when he pulled his gun.”

“I told him that I was going to be standing at a different location, and he said, “Good.”

Hutchins was killed on October 21 when Alec pointed and fired a Colt pistol towards her during an incident.

Alec was handling the vintage gun on the set of Rust in Santa Fe, New Mexico, when it accidentally discharged – killing the mom-of-one and wounding director Joel Souza.

Hilaria was seen leaving her Greenwich Village family home the day following the accident.

She stated, “I didn’t know where I was going, so I just drove.” “I just drove around and around with my children.”

To escape the media scrutiny, she moved to Manchester, Vermont.  Her husband later joined her there.

Alec has been silent about the situation ever since he made a public statement one day after Hutchins’s death. He indicated that the man was cooperating with authorities, and offered his condolences.

His silence was also evident on his social media accounts. He appeared to be returning to his online habits on Saturday.

He complimented actor and comedian Mario Cantone’s Halloween costume and retweeted a post about the importance of teachers and educators.

Alec also offered political commentary to Kurt Anderson’s tweet in which he asked his followers for examples from other “once-great American institutions” that were misleadingly operating under their old names.

He replied, ‘The federal government.

Alec returned to his typical social media behaviors on Saturday after remaining silent online since the day after Hutchins' death

After remaining silent online since the death of Hutchins, Alec resumed his usual social media behavior on Saturday.

Alec was accompanied by Hilaria, who seemed to be filming the interaction when the couple pulled up to Manchester, Vermont to speak with photographers.

They spoke for about four minutes. He said: ‘A woman died. She was my friend.

He said, “The day I arrived in Santa Fe for shooting, I took her to dinner at Joel, the director.” “We were a very well-oiled crew, shooting a film together, and then this terrible event happened.”

Hilaria, who seemed to be trying to say something to her husband as he talked with reporters, walked towards Alec and said, “Excuse me.”

Alec stated to photographers that he was ‘ordered’ not to speak about the investigation by Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office, but is ‘eagerly waiting for the sheriff’s office to release their findings.

The actor was visibly tense during the exchange with reporters.

After the death of the 42 year-old filmmaker, he claimed that he still talks to police every day.

Hilaria then enters the frame, stands beside her husband, and appears to be filming the assembled reporters and photographers with her phone.

The reporter asks Alec if he met with the family. But he forgets Hutchins and then fumbles the question. Hilaria and Alec then express their dismay.

Hilaria replied, “Her name is Halyna.”

Hilaria says to the reporter, “If you spend so much time waiting for our arrival, you should know her name.”

Alec also seemed annoyed at the reporter, asking in amazement: “You don’t even know her name?” Come on. Halyna Hutchins.

Alec continued, “I met with her husband Matthew and her son.” That’s correct.

Alec answered when Alec was asked how the meeting went: “I don’t know how I would describe it.”

Alec said they were’mortified’ but Hilaria intervened before he could finish his sentence.

“You guys, you guys, do you know what?” No details,’ Hilaria said.

Alec once more appeared agitated at wife, telling them: ‘Do you need a favor? I’m going answer the question.

Alec was shocked when the reporter told him that Hutchins’ widower was “very upset”.

Alec continued: “There are some incidental accidents on film sets from now and then, but nothing like this.” This is a one-in-a trillion episode. This is a one-in-a-thousand event.

“We are very concerned about his family and his child. We’re anxiously awaiting the sheriff’s department’s response to our inquiry.

Alec, still frustrated, asks the press corps: “What other options do you have?”

He addressed several questions regarding firearms on sets and whether Rust would continue to produce them. He said that it did not appear that this was the case.

Hilaria interjected again when Hilaria was asked about why he and his relatives decided to leave for Vermont.

Alec reached out to his wife’s right shoulder and extended his hand, as if to signal that he would be the one talking.

He tells reporters, “That’s private.” That’s private.

Alec pleaded for privacy when the reporters had no other questions.

“My kids are crying in the car,” said the 30 Rock star. Hilaria responded, adding: “Because they know you guys are following them.”

Alec continued, “As a courtesy for you, I came out.” [to talk to you]. I am not permitted to comment on the investigation.

He concluded. His remarks were summarized by: “My point was that – I’m only asking you…we sat at your table as acourtesy to talk to one another, now, please would you stop following along and leave us alone?”

Hilaria said, “Just go home.”

Alec said, “We gave you everything that we could possibly give to you,” before he walked toward his car.

Hilaria then left, following her husband and asking reporters: ‘Now turn off.’

Her apparent attempt to get sympathy backfired online. Numerous social media users called her out for attention-seeking.

@blanket1734 tweeted, “This scene featuring Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin [aka 100% not-Spanish Hillary of Boston who is still using fake accents] is nuts.”

“He’s trying his best to deal with the papas and his wife keeps jumping into, trying to buttin and FILMING because they’re so desperate for attention.

@LexieNorcross added: “Watching Alec basically tell Hilaria go away is amazing.

“The chick must learn how to use Instacart or door dash and stop dragging her entire family to Starbucks, etc. She wants privacy, but she also wants attention.

They tweeted, “She must involve herself to get some attention,”

Dave Halls, the first assistant director, had taken the gun from the cart and brought the gun inside to Alec. He was unaware that it was loaded full of live rounds.

“Cold gun!” Halls shouted before handing the gun to Alec. Halls shouted “Cold gun!” Before handing the gun to Alec. This phrase was used to signal cast and crew that the gun was safe for them to fire on the scene.

Hutchins was on the set during the filming of the scene on October 21.

Before Alec accidentally shot and killed Hutchins, the crew of Alec’s movie sets were already concerned about gun safety.

The warrant indicated that a single bullet struck Hutchins in the chest, and then struck director Joel Souza in the shoulder as he was standing behind her, injuring him, suggesting the bullet traveled all the way through Hutchins’ body.

Hours before the fatal shooting, unionized workers walked off the set complaining about long hours and poor conditions. They also complained about another safety incident that occurred days earlier, which involved ‘two misfires of a prop weapon.

Alec has since said to reporters that production will not resume.
