Alec Baldwin was spotted with his family in a quiet place on the Northeast coast. This comes a week after he killed Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer, in an on-set accident that left him permanently disabled. The investigation is ongoing and could lead Baldwin to criminal charges.

The 63 year-old actor was clearly stony-faced after he gathered a mountain of takeout food to feed himself and his six children. Hilaria, his wife Hilaria, was also there but was not photographed.

Wednesday saw New Mexico sheriff’s deputies say they don’t know the current whereabouts of their client.

Baldwin has been cooperating in the ongoing police investigation into this shooting and has also been in touch with Hutchins’ families.

He is surrounded by his family, including his wife and children, as investigators in Santa Fe (New Mexico) continue to interview witnesses.

Santa Fe County Sheriff Adam Mendoza stated to Good Morning America on Thursday morning that he is still unable to determine who brought live ammo onto the Rust set, which Baldwin stars in and produces.

‘Live rounds should not take place on set, so far as we can tell. We are focusing on the key questions of how and why live rounds ended up being on set. We don’t know yet, but we have some initial statements. It was close to 100 people on set. Interviews are still ongoing.

He said, “Everyone we have spoken to knows that live round should not be on-set and why they were there will be the main question.”

Investigators were told by Dave Halls, Assistant Director of Rust, that he hadn’t checked every barrel of his gun but “should have” before he handed it over to him. He also said that he only inspected three of the five chambers in his weapon.

Halls’ shocking admission can be found in a search warrant that was not sealed by the Sante Fe County Sheriff’s Department and was issued Wednesday afternoon.

It includes details about Halls’ interview with police officers and what Hannah Gutierrez Reed told them.

Halls stated that Gutierrez-Reed (24 years old) handed him the weapon. He’spins’ the drum to show him the ammo, and he declares the weapon safe.

However, he stated that he couldn’t recall if she spun his weapon and that he only remembered seeing three dummy rounds, identified by a hole in their cartridge.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed told police that the guns were kept in a safe that few people had access to

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed stated to police that the guns were kept safe and that only a few people could access them.

Hannah showed David the firearm and he told him that he could only recall seeing three rounds.

According to the search warrant, ‘He advised that he should have checked them all, but didn’t and couldn’t recall if she spun a drum.’

Baldwin was given the gun and it was fired in the direction Joel Souza and Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins was killed, and Souza was taken to the hospital.

Halls then brought the gun back with him to Gutierrez Rice and asked her to open it.

The warrant also explains how Hannah Gutierrez Reed described not having any live rounds on set.

‘Hannah advised that the ‘dummies were checked by her and that they were not hot rounds.

‘She said as the crew broke for lunch, the firearms were taken back and secured inside a safe on a prop truck on set.

She said that the ammo was left on the cart and not secured during lunch.

‘After lunch, [property manager]Sarah Zachary took the firearms from the safe in the truck and gave them to Sarah.

She said that only a handful of people have access to the safe’s combination and can open it.

“Hannah advised that Alec Baldwin received the gun a few times and that David Halls also received it. Hannah stated that no live ammunition is kept on the set.
