On Thursday, President Joe Biden was looking lost after finishing a speech regarding the country’s continuing supply chain crisis. When he looked up to give a handshake gesture, he realized that there wasn’t anyone else present.

In yet another gaffe, the 79-year old president said that he was a full professor at Penn State despite not teaching any classes at the university.

Biden seemed disoriented last week during an event where former President Barack Obama visited the White House, his first since his resignation.

Following the conclusion of his speech in Greensboro North Carolina with the signoff, ‘God Bless You All’, footage taken from Thursday’s event shows Biden turning right and apparently saying something to that empty space. Then he gestures to shake hands, suggesting that the president was not aware he was on the podium alone.

The clip shows the aging Democrat frantically looking at the camera. With a confused look on his face, he walked up to the podium before wandering aimlessly in the packed auditorium. He realized that no one was available to touch him.

The president then bizarrely turned his back to the audience, looking lost on the stage as music rolled, marking the speech’s conclusion.

Biden’s bizarre behavior – one of many brain slips the president has had in recent years — instantly caused a storm online. Many, including Senator Cruz from Texas, pointed to Cruz’s latest display of cognitive impairment. deterioration.

Watch the video below:

Biden visited Greensboro, North Carolina, to see North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University as part of an effort to apply pressure on Congress to approve the Bipartisan Innovation Act, which aims to increase funding for domestic production of semiconductors

Biden told the crowd that 70 percent of U.S. inflation could be blamed on Russian Leader Vladimir Putin

Biden stated to the crowd that 70% of U.S. inflation could be attributed to Vladimir Putin, the Russian leader.

Biden also claimed that he used to be a 'full professor' at the University of Pennsylvania

Biden said that he once taught at Penn State as a full professor.

Minutes after the end of the speech, the Texas representative shared the video clip of Biden (the oldest US President) with a caption including a wide-eyed Emoji.

Others criticized Biden’s behavior at the end the speech as ‘elder abuse,’ and raised questions about Biden’s mental condition.

“Where is the White House or Biden family handling agents whose job it’s to make him look great?” wrote Harmeet K. Dhillon, former vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party following the display. “This is really bizarre,” said Harmeet K. Dhillon, former vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party. He added, “unless they WANT his appearance to be dementia patient.”

Robby Starbuck (politician), is currently running for Congress in Tennessee’s forthcoming Republican Primary. Music makes the situation 10x worse. This man is not fit to run for President. Period.’

Greg Price, Newsweek’s reporter, joked that “all of the leading physicians agree shaking hands with air is just one symptom of an stutter,” blaming the president for his previous comments about the coronavirus.

Others called Biden's actions at the end of the speech 'elder abuse' and questioned the oldest-ever president's mental state

Some others called Biden’s remarks at the end the speech “elder abuse” and challenged the president with his mental condition.

As part of a push to get Congress to approve Bipartisan Innovation Act (which aims to boost funding for semiconductor production in the US), President Obama was visiting Greensboro.

Vladimir Putin, the Russian leader, could be responsible for 70 percent of U.S. inflation.

“What most people do not know is that 70% was caused by Putin’s Price Hike,” he stated.

According to data from the Labor Department, the inflation rose to an unprecedented 41-year high in March at 8.5 percent. In March, the Consumer Price Index rose 1.2 percent compared to the previous month.

Biden also claimed in a bizarre speech that he was formerly a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

‘I’ve been at a lot of university campuses, matter of fact for four years, I was a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania.’

Biden received nearly $1million from the university, despite being assigned a vague position and not teaching any regular classes.

He was the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor, which is the highest honor given to a president in 2017, and the first ever to do so. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer he didn’t teach classes regularly but did make about 12 public appearances on campus at large-ticketed events. In 2017, 2018, and 2019, he received a salary check.

Biden has increased his domestic travel with states that are competitive six months before the midterm elections. Biden visited Iowa Tuesday and North Carolina Thursday. Biden will travel to North Carolina next Tuesday.

“Our economy has created 431,000 jobs just in March,” he stated, noting that in his 14-month presidency, he created more jobs than any American president.

He added that North Carolina has created 194,000 jobs in the last 14 months.

However, it remains to be seen if voters will believe Biden’s job argument. As inflation rose, the president’s approval ratings have dropped.

It hit an all-time low on Wednesday, according to a Quinnipiac poll which revealed that only 33 percent of respondents believe Biden is doing a good job as president.

The worrying behavior of the president came just nine days after Obama returned to the White House. Biden was left to wonder aimlessly as journalists flocked to him.

Obama can be seen talking with other politicians, while President Biden watches alone.

Obama started his speech by joking he was joined by 'Vice President' Biden, said 'some changes have been made' in the the five years since he left

Obama opened his speech by laughing at the joke that Vice President Biden was with him. Biden said that “some changes” had occurred in five years.

The event saw Obama give a speech to thunderous applause. Biden was left looking confused as he looked around the East room shaking hands with his fans.

Another clip shows Biden standing beside Obama and Vice President Kamala Harris while they shake hands. He watched, seemingly unaware that anyone was paying attention to him.

Since then, the clip has received a significant online response. Many have questioned – or even pitied – President Trump’s apparent declining state.

One person wrote, “I almost felt bad seeing it,” and another said: “The man that purportedly received 80 million votes, but can’t find any friends in a crowded place.”

One person said that Joe should be respected and people ought to have approached him out of respect. Respect the office, and give the man dignity. They tweeted that although I disagree with his policies or those of the Democrats, I still would speak with him if he would allow me to,

“I think we have a clue who is really in charge of the White House, and that’s Joe!” Another laughed.

Biden had another headache earlier this month when he incorrectly claimed that F was his favorite food.Obama was the vice president of irst Lady Jill Biden, a position he held for eighteen years. This was yet another mistake during the ceremony to commission Navy’s new nuclear submarine.

Republicans have pointed to Biden’s cognitive decline to explain the backtracking by the administration over his other verbal gaffes. Biden first told US soldiers in Warsaw (Poland) that they were going to Ukraine and then suggested that the US could use chemical weapons against Russia.

Biden’s off script gaffes concerning Putin’s removal as well as the Russian invasion in Ukraine has prompted critics and compelled them to call for the ’25th amendment’ by the United States to remove their commander-in-chief.

In the 25th Amendment which defines presidential succession, the Cabinet and vice president have the power to remove the commander-in-chief from office by a majority vote if it is determined that he/she is not fit for office. In US history, it has never been invoked.

Rand Paul, a Kentucky Republican senator, criticized Biden’s use cue cards for answering reporters’ questions about his remarks on Putin off the cuff.

Paul challenged Biden’s mental ability, claiming that the remarks of the elderly president were dangerous to national security.

Fox News: “A lot of the time when you are around someone with cognitive decline, it’s easy to try to help them with a sentence or complete it. But we shouldn’t have that to do for our commander-in-chief,” he said.

It is a threat to national security because it sends signals that Russia would not want.

“We don’t want to take over Putin’s place in Russia. We don’t want to see regime change.

“We won’t send troops into Ukraine. We’re also not going to use chemical weapons in a retaliatory attack.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia, a Republican representative, was one of Biden’s biggest critics. She said the US should start looking within to implement regime change, rather than calling on other countries for their leadership.

She tweeted that the United States is the most important regime to change, last week.

Multiple polls indicate that Biden’s approval is at an alarming 39%. Real Clear Politics shows that the average disapproval rating for President Obama stands at 53.7 percent.

Biden has made many gaffes throughout his career, including confusing Libya with Syria and tripping over the steps to call Kamala Harris “president”.

In the last few years President Joe Biden has been in the headlines for the things that he said and did – not necessarily because of his policy.

Instead, the 79 year-old had a flair for gaffes.

Biden can make errors, mix ups, or digress during speeches and answering questions.

One or two times, the Commander-in-Chief was even caught on camera tripping. This raises questions about his physical condition.

DailyMail.com has compiled many of Biden’s notable mis-speaks, foot-in-mouth moments and slips.

REPEATEDLY MIXING LIBYA AND SYRIA

'I'm hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people in — for example, in — in Libya,' the president said, mentioning the north African country for the third time instead of Syria, in the Middle East. Biden is pictured in Cornwall, United Kingdom on June 13

‘I’m hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people in — for example, in — in Libya,’ the president said, mentioning the north African country for the third time instead of Syria, in the Middle East. Biden is seen in Cornwall (United Kingdom) on June 13.

The White House later brushed the confusion off, confirming that it was indeed, Syria, the country where Russia and the US have been involved in a decade-long civil war, which the president was referring to

Later, the White House brushed off the confusion and confirmed that Syria was in fact, where Russia has been fighting a civil war for ten years.

Biden misunderstood Syria as Libya, while discussing how to collaborate with Russia in a G7 conference held on June 13th.

The gaffe machine, aged 78, said that he would work with Russian President Vladimir Putin in order to offer economic assistance for the Libyan people. It caused some puzzled glances among the G7 Summit press group, which was held in Cornwall, England.

‘I’m hopeful that we can find an accommodation where we can save the lives of people in — for example, in — in Libya,’ the president said, mentioning the north African country for the third time instead of Syria, which is in the Middle East.

Later on, the White House cleared up the confusion and confirmed that the president meant Syria. Syria is the country where Russia has been fighting for over a decade.

TRIPS WHILE BOARDING A AIR FORCE ONE

Over the years, President Joe Biden has made numerous gaffes and mix-ups and has even been caught falling. Pictured: Biden falling while walking up the stairs of Air Force One on March 19

Biden, the President of the United States has been guilty of many gaffes over the years. He has also been caught on camera falling while walking up stairs at Air Force One. Pictured: President Joe Biden falls while walking up the steps of Air Force One’s stairs on March 19, 2009.

On March 19, he was caught tripping up the stairs as he boarded Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews

Video of Biden falling down the steps as he boarded Air Force One from Joint Base Andrews on March 19th, 2009.

In the clip, Biden stumbles as he walks up the airstairs. Biden grabs the railing by his hand to balance but loses his feet two more times.

He falls to his knees during the third stumble. He manages to get up on the roof of the plane without slipping and gives an honorable salute before he disappears inside.

Later, White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Biden was “100% fine” and that he was getting ready for Atlanta.

“It is very windy outside. It’s extremely windy. “I almost fell as I climbed the stairs,” she admitted.

KAMALA CALLING ‘PRESIDENTHARRIS’

Just one day earlier, during a press conference on March 18 (pictured), he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as 'President Harris'

He referred to Kamala Harris, Vice President Kamala Harris (pictured), as “President Harris” just one day before during a March 18 press conference.

Biden had mistakenly called Kamala Harris, Vice President Kamala Harris, President Harris one day prior.

He made the gaffe during a conference held on March 18. During which, he was praising his administration for meeting their goal to 100 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine in 100 days.

Biden explained that President Harris gave him a tour of an Arizona vaccine center. The nurse who administered the shots to patients said that every shot felt like giving hope.

Harris stood beside Biden, as the president continued with his speech. But Harris didn’t correct him.

Later that day, when the White House released the transcript of his speech, Harris’s proper title was inserted with brackets.

FAILURE TO NAME THE SECRETARY of DEFENSE

On March 9, while making a speech, Biden seemed to forget the name of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin (above)

Biden, while giving a speech in March 2009, seemed to forget that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was also present (above).

Biden appeared to stumble with his speech from March 9 and lose the title of his speech Lloyd Austin, Secretary of Defense

Biden stated, “I would like to say thank you Sec-the former general-I keep calling him General.”

My – that guy over there. The Secretary deserves our appreciation for his efforts to put into practice what we just spoke about and also for the recommendation of these two women for promotions.

He made the slip despite having mentioned Austin in his speech just minutes before.

INTRODUCES GRANDDAUGTER AS HIS SISTER

On Election Day, in November, Biden introduced a crowd to his granddaughter, but referred to her as his son

Biden presented a group to his granddaughter on Election Day in November. He referred to them as his son.

Biden, during an election day speech in Philadelphia, stumbled and misunderstood his words.

Biden told the crowd: ‘I want to introduce you to two of my granddaughters…this is my son, Beau Biden who a lot of you helped elect to the Senate in Delaware.’

Although the commander-in chief had intended to introduce the crowd to Natalie Beau’s child, he didn’t just mix up the name and the person. He also wrapped his arms around Finnegan Biden Hunter’s little girl.

He quickly corrected his mistake and wrapped his arm around Natalie’s shoulder, saying: “This is Natalie. This is Beau’s child.”

Beau Biden, one of most deadly types of brain cancers, died in 2015.

TOLD STATESENATOR IN WHEELCHAIR – STAND UP

In 2008, Biden told then-Missouri state senator Chuck Graham to stand up for the crowd at a rally, before realizing he was in a wheelchair

Biden, then-Missouri senator, told Chuck Graham in 2008 to support the rally crowd. He soon realized that he was disabled and was now in a wheelchair.

Biden did not make all his gaffes during the 2020s, or the 2010s. Some actually occurred in the very early aughts.

Biden, who had just been elected as the running mate of former President Barack Obama, attended a Missouri rally.

That was where he called Chuck Graham, a former Missouri state senator who had died in December 2013. to defend the crowd.

I’m sure Chuck Graham, the senator from South Carolina, was there. Biden stated, “Stand up Chuck. Let ’em See You.”

Graham realized that he was in a wheelchair because of muscular dystrophy at the moment.

“Oh God loves you!” This is what I’m talking about. You are making every other person stand up pal.

According to the Columbia Tribune, Graham said he was never offended by the mistake.
