An Aussie mum has shared a one-pot, hassle-free pasta recipe to make dinner time easy

One-pot pasta is easy to prepare for dinner thanks to an Aussie mom.

Simply add the pasta, butter or oil to a saucepan and cover it lightly with water.

Then, she brings the mixture to a boil and reduces the heat. Finally, she simmers the liquid until it has reduced.

After that, she adds her favorite cheese to the top before finishing off.

According to the mum, you can modify the recipe according to your taste by using any pesto or jarred sauce, herbs and vegetables of your choosing.

She said she simply adds pasta, oil or butter and seasonings to a pan and just barely cover it all with water

Then she brings it all to the boil, turns down the heat and simmers until all the liquid has reduced

Her method is simple: she just adds oil, butter and seasonings into a large saucepan. Once it’s boiling, she reduces heat to simmer it for a while.

The mum said you can tweak the recipe to your own tastes by adding any jarred sauce or pesto, herbs, and veggies of your choice
