Bethenny Frankel will do her part in helping the many people who were injured during Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival on Friday. She’s asking her supporters to contribute as well.
On Tuesday, the 51-year old former Real Housewives Of New York City star announced on social media that she donated $10,000 to Ezra Blount’s family. Ezra was injured at Houston Festival and is currently in an induced medical coma.
She also used the resources she had saved from BStrong to encourage fans to support other concert victims. Eight people were killed.

Bethenny shared Ezra’s sad story to her 2.3million Instagram followers in a short video.
‘I’m reading about this nine-year-old boy, Ezra Blount, who was at that disastrous concert — it should be called a “Travisty,” actually,’ she said.
“They have a GoFundMe Page and they’ve raised $14,000,” she stated, although the campaign had already raised over $22,000 of its $50,000 target as of Tuesday afternoon.
Bethenny said that BStrong, her charity, had been focusing on the “homelessness crisis” and she would donate 1,500 holiday kits to those in need. However, Astroworld victims will be eligible for donations.
It was not clear how any of the remaining funds would be distributed. The website for the charity says that additional information will soon be available.
Bethenny did her part. She said that the tragedy should be called a Travisty’. Bethenny also stated that her charity BStrong would temporarily shift from funding homeless people to aiding the families of the victims.

Bethenny reiterated on Twitter her request for support for Ezra, and all Astroworld victims.
“The 9-year old struggling for his life-Ezra – #bstrong will donate 10k his family,” she wrote.
She encouraged her supporters to make donations and stated that it was a great way to help others.[100 emoji]”Goes to the effort as usual, with complete transparency.”
Earlier, she wrote that she was up ‘up all night think about those poor children (someone’s babies) at that concert.’
It was because they had been preventable that she began to ponder the events.
She wrote, “It’s so sad …. that something so unavoidable could have been avoided.”
She also tweeted that she had started her Houston charity in Houston after Hurricane Harvey hit in August 2017.
She described the Astroworld tragedy as “terribly distressing.” We hope we can make a small difference. While we are focusing on the homeless, it is important to take a second to see how this affects our lives.

He was in bad health: His family finally found him at the hospital. There he was in an induced medical coma with major organ damage.

Blount was at Astroworld with his father and was sitting on his father’s shoulders to stay above the crowd, according ABC 13 in Houston.
However, as people fell around him and the crowd surged, Ezra lost consciousness. He was then kicked and trampled numerous times by the crowd.
His father was taken away from him and he was then admitted to hospital. The family found out about this only after asking around. He was also suffering from major organ damage and was being medically intubated to lower brain swelling.
Ezra’s family and civil rights attorney Ben Crump are now suing Travis Scott and LiveNation for his injuries and for being forced to see others be injured and killed, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The documents state that even if the boy does survive, they could alter his ability to thrive and grow.

Bethenny thanked donors and retweeted them with thanks. She also tweeted that it was irresponsible to have ‘people sandwiched between each other’ during the coronavirus epidemic.
After one complainant that Blount was inappropriately taking Blount to the festival, she also supported Blount’s father.

“Hug your babies”: After hearing about Blount’s injuries, Bethenny decided to put more focus on her children and posted a picture of herself hugging and kissing Bryn, 11 years old.
Bethenny became more concerned about her own children after hearing the tragic news that Blount had been injured.
She captioned the photo with “Hug your babies” and showed her hugging and kissing Bryn, 11. “Life is fleeting and things can happen in an instant.
‘It’s not always easy to give them what they want while ensuring their safety,’ she added. “Parenting can be a challenging task and the world we live in is changing all the time.
