Following a crash between a vehicle and a tree near Bolton in Greater Manchester, one man was killed. Two young children survived.
After his grey Audi collided in Horwich with a tree, the 32-year-old victim was declared dead by emergency personnel.
Last night’s fatal crash occurred just before 10 p.m. A woman aged 31 and her two young children, who were eight and three years old, died. There was also a variety of injuries which required treatment.
While the woman suffered injuries to her arm and leg, the child aged three was treated for a shoulder injury.
Unspecified injuries were sustained by the eight-year old and they are all currently in stable condition.
Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said that although an investigation was launched into the incident, no arrests had yet been made.

Andy Bennett from GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit offered condolences to his family. He also appealed to the public for any information.
“This is an unfortunate incident in which a man tragically lost his life. Bennett stated that Bennett was thinking of his family during this very difficult time.

This happened in Horwich Bolton Greater Manchester. On both sides of the roadway are large trees. The impact of the crash caused one to be killed and another two to be injured.
