DMG – ADDITIONAL TABLES – SUBSCRIPTION FOR A FREE ADMINISTRATION

Introduction

These Subscription Terms describe the terms under which MailOnline, a division Associated Newspapers Limited (us or us), will provide an ad-free product for web users on the Daily Mail domain www.dailymail.co.uk (the Service).

These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms Of Use (collectively the Terms), will govern your use of the Service. If the Terms of use and these Subscription terms conflict, the Subscription Terms shall prevail.

Sign up for the Service and you won’t see:

· Site-wide Display Ad slots such as MPUs, Skys, Billboards etc

· In-Page Ad elements such as Minute Media, Chromeless Player, Perform Player

· Video pre-rolls

· Taboola Infinite Feed & Carousels

The following advertising will continue:

· Sponsored Articles / Advertising features / Advertorials 

· Femail Fashion Finder affiliate links and modules

· Shopping pages and affiliate links

· Product modules and affiliate links

Each subscription can be registered up to three (3) devices.

Requirements

To sign up for the Service, you must be at least 18 or have reached the age when the Service is legal in your country. To sign up, you will need a debit or credit-card payment.

Subscription Management Portal

Once you sign up, you will be able to access the subscription management portal (the Portal). This portal will allow you access to your subscription information, including the start date and end date, payment information, and the next billing amount. You can also cancel your subscription.

You will also be able access device management information including the number of registered devices (upto 3 per subscription) as well as the ability to add and remove devices.

Subscription Period & Payment

Once you have signed up, your subscription will be active for one month and then terminate. Visit the Portal to view the monthly subscription fee, and the end date for your free trial period.

Cancellation of your Subscription

Once you have given us express consent to begin performing the contract and (ii), acknowledged that you are unable to withdraw from the contract after performance has begun, your right to statutory withdrawal will be lost.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Management portal. You will still have access to the Service until the end of your current month’s subscription period. Subscription payments cannot be refunded and we don’t give credit or refunds for any remaining subscription periods after you have given notice.

Modifications to the Service, Terms or the Subscription Fee

We may modify the Service, these Terms, and/or the subscription fees from time to time. We will notify you within 30 days of any material changes to our Service or to the Terms and/or subscription fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you disagree with the proposed changes by following the instructions above.

Termination of your access to the Service

If you are in serious breach of the Terms, we may immediately terminate your access to the Service. If we consider all circumstances and weigh the interests, the breach is material. We may terminate your access to the Service immediately.

If we are unable to make a payment for any reason (e.g. your card has expired, or your account does not have sufficient funds), we will contact you to request that you update your payment details. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if an amount is not paid within 14 days.

Courts and applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed according to the laws of your country. You can file legal proceedings against us at the local court in the country where we are registered, or in your country of residence, if there is a dispute.

Consumers in the EEA may submit disputes online to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Platform. Beyond that, we are not required or permitted to participate in alternative dispute settlement procedures before an alternative dispute solution entity for consumers.

These Terms will not affect your statutory right.
