Two days after the accident, the husband of the cinematographer and his son were seen leaving a New Mexico Hotel.
Matthew Hutchins (42), who shared his heartbreak on social networks after losing Hylena Hutchins to him, was spotted with Andros, nine-years-old.
Father and son likely carried their luggage after they checked out of the hotel where they were staying.
Matthew and Andros attended a private Santa Fe funeral on Friday. Alec Baldwin was also there. According to reports, there were grief counselors present at the service.
According to Baldwin’s husband, Matthew and Baldwin were reportedly in contact after the accident. Baldwin was reportedly supportive.

The International Cinematographers Guild held a candlelight vigil in Albuquerque Civic Plaza to raise awareness about the need for protection of movie crews from on-set firearm-related accidents.
A second vigil for Hutchins will be held on Sunday, June 6th from 6.30 to 7.30pm at IATSE Local 80 headquarters Burbank.
Many people attended the Albuquerque vigil. They lit candles, shared their deepest feelings about Hutchins, and held candles.
“Tonight is all about Halyna. During the vigil, a woman said that there will be plenty of time for the who, the what, and the why in the near future.
“But we have two things tonight. The first is to comfort one other, and the second to celebrate the remarkable life a remarkable woman who was cut short too soon,’ she continued.

People in the entertainment industry have called for Hollywood to ban firearms on film sets after the tragic incident that claimed Hutchins’s life.
Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot with a prop gun fired by actor Alec Baldwin in a movie set in New Mexico on Thursday. Hutchins was born in Ukraine and raised on a Soviet military bases’surrounded by reindeer & nuclear submarines’. She had previously trained as a journalist before moving to Los Angeles where she had established her career.

A change.org petition calling for Hollywood to ban the use of firearms on film sets has gathered over 10,000 signatures since it was created on Thursday.
Hutchins’ friend, and colleague Director Bandar Albaliwi started the petition. He wrote: ‘We must ensure that this avoidable tragedy does not happen again. There is no excuse for something such as this to happen in 21st century. On film production sets, real guns are no longer necessary.
He tweeted: ‘There’s no reason to have guns loaded with blanks or anything on set anymore. Should be completely outlawed. There’s computers now.
After Halyna Hutchins died after Alec Baldwin fired a gun loaded with live ammunition at Hutchins on Rust’s set, a petition calling for an end to the use live weapons on film sets was signed by over 10,000 people.

DailyMail.com received a statement from the husband confirming that he had spoken with Alec Baldwin on Friday morning. He said that he had spoken to Alec Baldwin and that he was being supportive.
Baldwin shared via social media that he was shocked and sad by the accident that resulted in Hutchin’s passing and left Joel Souza with injuries.
Baldwin tweeted Friday, “There are no words to express my shock and sadness regarding Halyna Hutchins’ tragic accident that claimed her life, a mother, wife, and deeply admired colleague of mine,”
The actor also stated that he was fully cooperative with the police investigation. IATSE Local 44, which is a labor union for professionals working in the entertainment industry, stated that Baldwin used a prop gun to fire a single road.

As production veterans struggled to accept the tragic news that Hutchins had been killed in a gun accident on set on October 22, knowledgeable sources pointed out several industry trends that are reflected behind-the scenes in the low-budget independent Western.

Friday’s search warrant revealed that Hannah Gutierrez Reed had placed three prop guns on a cart near the filming location. First assistant director Dave Halls then grabbed the gun from that cart and brought it inside to Baldwin. He was unaware that it was loaded up with live rounds.
“Cold gun!” Halls shouted before handing the gun to Baldwin. Halls shouted, “Cold gun!” before handing Baldwin the gun. The phrase was used to signal to the cast and crew that it was safe to fire at the scene, according to the warrant.
Baldwin shot a scene in an Old West-style Church and then accidentally shot the trigger. She apparently killed Hutchins and injured Joel Souza who was standing behind her.
Neither Halls, nor Gutierrez–Reed immediately responded to messages from DailyMail.com on Friday night. Despite the ongoing police investigation, neither Halls nor Gutierrez-Reed have been charged or named as criminal suspects in the case.
The movie is set in 1880s Kansas and stars Baldwin as Harland Rust, an outlaw whose grandson is sentenced for accidental murder.
