Website Downdetector reports that the social network is experiencing issues since 7:08 AM BST. This website monitors site outages.
Downdetector shows that over 2,000 individuals have reported issues, with 77% of them claiming it is their feeds.
Twitter users took to Facebook to tell their tales about this bizarre glitch. Meta the site owner has not yet commented on it.

Another person posted shots of random posts to the pages of musicians Eminem and Billie Eilish, claiming it had affected his ‘entire feed’.
It seems to be a global issue – one user based in Melbourne, Australia, had seen a post of someone posting to the page of American actor Vin Diesel.
Another user affected shared his experience in New Delhi, India. He said Facebook was “acting drunk and funny”.

This glitch does not appear to affect all Facebook users. MailOnline reached out to Meta for comments.
This could be due to Facebook’s long-term global changes.
Meta is splitting the Facebook homepage into two separate tabs – ‘Feeds’, which is focused on chronological posts, and ‘Home’, which focuses on promoted posts.
