A former police lieutenant-turned-OnlyFans star has claimed she was paid $30,000 to leave the force after her colleagues found out about her saucy online career – which she says is now earning her thousands of dollars a month.
Melissa Williams, 46 years old, is from Colorado. In May 2020 she created her OnlyFans profile. There, she shared photographs of herself and her husband (who has not been named due to privacy concerns) in order to spice up their sexual life.
This mom-of-2 had been working in the police force for 28 years and was now using OnlyFans to find a creative outlet from the high-pressure, often dangerous, job.
Melissa’s boss and coworkers discovered her inappropriate snaps. They shamed Melissa, shared them with the entire office and eventually pushed Melissa out.
She has now quit her police job and works full-time for OnlyFans as a model. Her monthly salary is $4,000 and she says it makes her so happy.

“My personal sexual life was separate, and it never interfered with my ability do my job.”
Melissa’s husband and she had been living comfortably on OnlyFans for the past 18 months. They shared photos under the alias Lexi Bella.

‘I didn’t feel that was professional or necessary. I felt as if they wanted to just see me naked.

After their investigation my images were circulated widely among our local forces and prison staff.
“It was all being treated as hot gossip. That’s when I had to take time off with stress because I wasn’t sleeping, I couldn’t eat, it was so frustrating and upsetting.
‘I didn’t consider my OnlyFans page to be a work matter. A lot of the material my husband and I shared is stuff we’d taken in our private sex life over the years.
‘I was working up to 60-hour weeks so mostly my husband ran the page and shared my pictures and then sometimes we’d have fun dressing me up and taking photos especially to share.
“It was an enjoyable way to unwind and share creativity after a long week of stressful work.
“I never wore uniforms in any of the images. I used a fake persona – most of my fans think I’m a stay-at-home mom. My bedroom felt like it was being policened by my bosses.
Melissa was unable to cope with the stress caused by this situation. She was given a 12-week prescription for anxiety and stress on August 23rd 2021. A doctor recommended she stop returning to her previous job.

Plan ahead: In the future, she hopes to be a manager or team leader in corporate security training or other roles.
She said: ‘I didn’t want my career to end this way but it was also a blessing in disguise. It’s a blessing that I can now sleep soundly at night, and it makes me feel 10 times younger than I did before I started police work.
‘My family are glad they don’t have to worry about me not coming home. It’s a joy to teach and develop people, and build a relationship with my colleagues.
“I applied my communication skills to deescalate situations. I was able to talk more people into being handcuffed than the ones I had to fight with.
While she’s still making only $4,000 per month through OnlyFans (which is much less than what she earns as a policing officer), she wants her page to grow and she will be able to spend more time there.
Family members of the model were very supportive about her decision to change the direction she was going.
Her kids, who are 15 and 12, don’t know about her modeling work, but Melissa says if they were to find out then she’d be open with them and hopes they’d be supportive too.
“Starting the first page wasn’t about me making money. It was always about sharing an intimate part of my marriage because that’s what my husband and I like to do,’ said Melissa.
“My fans love that I’m real, and we can talk openly about how much they appreciate my compliments and attention.
“I posted online before I had a face, but my confidence has grown over time.
“Now that I know everything about my secret life, I’m ready to share it with the world. Thankfully my family have been fine about it – my cousin was even cheering me on, telling me to “Get it girl.”
“My mother was surprised, but she understands. My head feels lifted.
‘I’m still the same mom, the same neighbor and person that I always was. My private life was not only a positive example of my professionalism, but it also made me a better cop.
“All of it could have been dealt with professionally, if you ask me.” Instead, I believed I was an excellent police officer but felt that I had been pushed from a great career due to my prudishness.
