A gender-neutral office worker who spent £58,000 on Botox, fillers and cosmetic surgery to look like a doll has insisted they do not identify as female.
Patrick Mast, 27, from Frankfurt, Germany, has undergone several procedures to make them appear more feminine, most recently spending £2,500 on a full set of veneers.
Patrick has bleach blonde hair, full lips and long lashes.
Patrick and his brother, Patrick, started cosmetic surgery when they were 18 years old. They love the doll appearance so they chose to be more ladylike because of their feminine features.

Patrick has racked up a total of £45,500 on Botox and other cosmetic treatments since their first-ever visit to an aesthetic salon. Their nose jobs and faces were also done.

Then they stated, “I do not want to alter my gender as a lot people do when I go in their direction”.
“But, it’s easier for me adapt to a feminine face because I have fewer masculine features. I enjoy switching roles, from man to woman.
After becoming hooked at 18, Patrick now has filler every month in their lips, chin, underneath their eyes and cheeks alongside Botox every three months.

Patrick stated that he loves the look of plastic. “Dolls have perfect faces and symmetry, which I like so I enhanced my features.
“I love the way it looks because it shows that I care about myself and am meticulous. It’s been a long time since I had surgery, and I’m not planning on stopping anytime soon.
Patrick decided against Ken doll looks because it is’more difficult’ due to the naturally feminine characteristics of Ken dolls.
The women said that it was difficult to appear like Ken when you have natural features. They also liked the feminine things like makeup and different types of wigs.

Patrick is often seen walking along the streets, turning heads as he walks down them. He sometimes gets stared at and even sniggers from people. But he says that they don’t care about the opinions of other people. Patrick L-R looks more feminine after having surgery.
It doesn’t matter to me if people think I am a man/woman. Only my happiness, and being happy when I look like that makes me happy is all that matters.
Patrick, who walks along the street often makes a turn and turns his head when passing people, is not afraid to smile and laugh at them.
It was said that they understood why people looked at me differently because of how I appear.
“I was called a monster before by someone else, but I don’t care.”
Patrick, when he was interviewed last January, said that he had been single following a divorce, and hoping to meet an open-minded man who is comfortable with plastic surgery – but has had to deal with many cruel critics over the years.
Patrick stated last year, “I love the attention that I receive after I have had a procedure.”
“But, not all that attention is good. Although I have been called a “monster” by some, I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
“My looks cause more trouble for people than mine.”
The surgery was my choice and the outcomes are mine.
People assume I’m dumb because I look just like Barbie. I would tell them if they were to take the time to talk to me that they are normal and intelligent.
Patrick added, “I just love that artificial look.” When I was a kid, I remember seeing people who had extensive surgeries and thinking how well-off they seemed.
“I am going for the doll-like and expressionless look.
Patrick underwent several Botox injections in 2019 and had a blepharoplasty (where excess fat is removed from the eyelids), a nose job, and laser treatment to remove freckles.
Patrick stated, “I discovered an online doctor in Istanbul, Turkey who specializes in small Barbie-style nostrils.”
I thought “That’s it!” In March I flew to Turkey from Germany for my operation. To reduce the distance between my upper and new noses, I had my lip lifted as well.

Patrick chose not to adopt the Ken doll style because of their naturally feminine characteristics. After surgery, Patrick looks more feminine.

“I spent 7 days recovering in Turkey and flew home. It was a great experience.
Patrick has made a vow to have more surgery until “plastic perfection” is attained.
The doctors said, “I don’t plan to quit having surgery. I want to go natural.” They said, “I can have Botox or fillers whenever I want them.”
“I will look in the mirror to see if there is something that I do not like or need to be corrected.
“I love the look. I find it exciting to know how many options there are for surgery or techniques that can be used on my face, and how easily you can make it different.
