The largest diplomatic meeting in Britain in 75 Years took place last night in Glasgow between the US President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Boris Johnson, German Angela Merkel, Justin Trudeau, Canadian PM, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Outside, Miss Thunberg delivered a passionate, sarcastic speech in Festival Park. demonstrators: ‘Inside Cop, there are just politicians and people in power pretending to take our future seriously… No more blah blah blah, no more whatever the f*** they are doing inside there!’
As heads of Government from around the world discussed what could be done to save the planet from ruin, the Swedish eco activist was also filmed riling up her fellow activists with a chant of: ‘You can shove your climate crisis up your a***’.
A Scottish attendee had appeared to suggest singing ‘you can shove your rules up your a***’ before Miss Thunberg put her own spin on the popular melody of ‘She’ll Be Coming ‘Round The Mountain When She Comes’.

Boris Johnson was keenly aware that time was running out to tackle the climate crisis as he opened Cop26. The irony will not be lost on those who waited for him to deliver his speech which began half an hour late.
The Prime Minister was due to begin at noon, but he didn’t start his remarks until 12.30pm. There were suggestions that it was because Joe Biden, the US President, had not arrived at his seat in time after landing at Edinburgh Airport in Air Force One around 11am.
Johnson delivered his stark warning once he had finished. He said, “It’s one minute until midnight and we must act now.”
Johnson was not the only one who was late. Many others were also waiting in long lines to get to the summit.
Reports indicated that it took conference attendees a while to pass security checks at the points on Monday morning.
Social media posted photos of the long lines, with journalists reporting that security told them not to tweet pictures or videos of the crowds.
Although it was not in time, Mr Biden was there, unlike Wolf Blitzer who was a veteran US news anchor.
Twitter mocked CNN’s CNN stalwart for broadcasting in Edinburgh, which is around 40 miles away, and with Edinburgh’s famous castle as the background.
He tweeted, “I’m now reporting in Edinburgh, Scotland, where 20,000 global leaders and delegates have gathered to discuss the COP26 Climate Summit.”

Although the ship was initially prohibited from sailing along the River Clyde at first, port authorities later changed their minds and allowed the boat to go.
Maria Reyes, a Mexican activist, was one of the many who arrived aboard the Greenpeace ship. She warned that the summit was not just a conversation between rich people.

Johnson had earlier compared the planet’s dire situation to a fictional British spy who was strapped to an alarm clock and sent hurtling towards destruction.
After listening to a message by the Queen, Mr Johnson is reported as having paid tribute to her son who had earlier delivered a speech at the summit.
According to reports, the Prime Minister said that he had a “lucky” person who drove an electric Aston Martin. He also has a plan, which you may have heard about earlier, to defuse the ticking bomb and get the private sector involved with greening the world.
A video showed Joe Biden, the US President, closing his eyes for approximately 20 seconds during the opening speeches of Glasgow.
While Mr Johnson was photographed with his eyes closed, a No. 10 source said it was ‘total rubbish’ to suggest he was asleep. Other photos of him showed his eyes open.
Shadow justice secretary David Lammy, however was not deterred from mocking the PM. He tweeted: Time to wake-up @borisjohnson. The world’s burning. Sir David Attenborough has been paying attention to climate crisis. It’s time your government did the same #cop26.
One minister from Israel was unable to attend the opening session of the conference due to the summit not being wheelchair accessible.
Karine Elharrar tweeted: “ToCOP26 I went to meet with my counterparts from around the globe and promote a joint effort against the climate crisis. It is sad that UN, which promotes accessibility and people with disabilities in 2021, doesn’t make it easy for people to access its events.
“I hope that tomorrow’s lessons will be used to promote green energy, remove barriers, and improve energy efficiency. These are the things I deal.
Her plight attracted a swift response from senior UK officials. Foreign Office minister James Cleverly responded in a tweet: I am deeply disappointed that Minister @KElharrar was unable to access COP today.
“The COP venue was designed to be accessible to all. I have spoken to Minister about this and look forward to meeting with her tomorrow.
