For her celebrity client, a decluttering and organization expert shared her extraordinary pantry makeover complete with wire shelving and plastic tubs.
Mother Anita Birges from Sydney took to Instagram Saturday to show her entire kitchen renovation for Hannah Ferrier of Below Deck. She used Elfa Australia’s Howard Storage and unique shelving solutions.
“We had been talking through Instagram DMs, and one her followers recommended us. Hannah had moved in to her new home about four weeks back so she decided it was time for a kitchen remodel.

Hannah now has more storage space so that she can store her food and water in a larger area, which means less need for Hannah to fill other kitchen cupboards full of tins.
“The house is great, but it has very little storage. It was impossible to get in and out of the pantry. The things that were useful in the Seventies and Eighties are no longer relevant to the family’s needs.
Hannah is a mother to a 1-year-old girl and was searching for an easy makeover to allow her all her nutrition in one spot.
The cupboards needed some TLC. The wire shelving was chosen by me because it is easy to clean, and it has brackets that allow me to adjust the height to suit her requirements.
“I made it unique so that it would fit in the space. These shelves can also be taken with her if she moves into a new home.
“I measured everything from the previous week, and I then chose the organizing solutions that I wanted to source. The whole thing was completed in less than a day.
The old pantry was limited to the back wall. Hannah’s food had been in every cupboard, even the study. So I used lots of containers to make sure everything is there.

Because of its corner location, Ms Birges used lazy susan’s for Hannah’s pantry staples. She also utilized the space next to the wire shelving.
Ms. Birges stated, “I asked all my customers what kind of cook they were, and what their priorities are. Then, I make sure that the kitchen functions organically with everything they have on hand.”
Ms Birges uploaded a Before and After photo of Hannah’s pantry to Instagram on Saturday. The reality TV star responded with a “thank you” in the comments.
The caption of the photo stated, “You know that I love great pantry makeovers, every one is different in its own way but some are memorable,”
“I have been waiting patiently for Hannah and her beautiful family to buy their first house so that I can get into the kitchen.
Ms Birges posted a picture of Hannah’s pantry before and after on Instagram Saturday. This attracted a thank you from reality TV star.
“When I first realized what I was in for, an understair-mounted, non-adjustable shelf disaster, I knew that I had to do something.
Hannah replied: ‘Thank you so much lovely. It is so impressive! It will be kept in the best condition possible.
If you want to have a pantry that is just as beautiful and functional as Hannah’s, Ms Birges suggests waiting at least one month before moving in.
It allows the homeowner to take the time to determine what product they are using and the best place to put it.
