Britney Spears’s story took a major turn when a judge ended Britney’s 13-year-old conservatorship. This opened up new opportunities.

Spears will turn 40 in the next month. In June, she shocked the entire world by revealing the details of her agreement.

‘In California the only similar thing to this is called sex trafficking, making anyone work, work against their will, taking all their possessions away — credit card, cash, phone, passport card — and placing them in a home where they work with the people who live with them,’ she told the court.

Spears is now out of conservatorship. Her horizons will be significantly widened as we tell her all she has to do.

A OTHER BABY

Perhaps the most shocking revelation of the June 22 hearing was the fact that Spears had to be forced to use contraception to keep her from having a third baby.

Her sons are Jayden James (16 years old) and Sean Preston (16 year-old), who she shares with Kevin Federline. He holds full custody over their children.

In July 2019, Asghari and Spears were seen together in Hollywood.

Spears said to the court that she wanted to wed and have a child.

“It was said to me in conservatorship that I am not allowed to marry or have children. To prevent me from getting pregnant, I currently have an IUD in my body. I needed to remove the IUD so I could try for another baby.

“But this so-called group won’t allow me to go to the doctor for it because they don’t want to me having any children.”

Spears married Sam Asghari in 2016 when she cast him as the actor for her video, Slumber Party. Sam is an Iranian-born actor, personal trainer and 27-year old.

Instagram has shown her photos in what looked like a wedding gown.

‘No … this is not my wedding dress – bahahah !!!!’ The caption was added by her.

“Donatella Versace is creating my dress right now.”

SEE HIS SONS MUCH MORE OFTEN

In 2008, Federline was getting divorced and the singer had to struggle. The judge decided to give Federline custody.

According to the conservatorship terms, her visits would be arranged by the conservators.

Federline is now free to communicate with her directly and can visit the teenager boys more often, without having to deal with third parties.

SEE HIS FRIENDS

Her conservators had her see only certain people and times, so she is often an isolated, lonely figure.

This was done to stop her coming in contact with others who might take advantage of or harm her.

Jamie Spears, her father was very concerned about her ex-boyfriends and worried that they were trying to get near her to make money.

Spears stated to the court, June 23, that she had been forbidden from seeing friends.

She said, “I am unable to visit my friends who live 8 minutes from me. This is extremely odd.”

Also, she added that her boyfriend should be able drive me around in his vehicle.

DRIVE HER CAR

She was prohibited from driving under the conditions of her conservatorship. This has since been changed.

Spears was spotted frequently driving her Mercedes-AMG SL 63 white Mercedes-AMG SL 63 in Los Angeles, California over the past few months.

The $150,000 vehicle allows her to drive alone, although bodyguards are often present in separate vehicles.

In July, she uploaded a photo on Instagram. She commented that it had been quite a while since her last solo drive and that this was a different ballgame.

Spears, 39, is now allowed to drive herself wherever she wants - a freedom she relishes

Spears (39) is now allowed to drive wherever she likes – something she enjoys.

Louisiana-born, the singer is well known for her passion for driving. She has often spoken about how liberating it feels to be behind the wheel.

She revealed that she could no longer drive on her own in a documentary she made in 2008, shortly after being placed under conservatorship.

One producer asked her when she felt most free. A producer asked her when she felt most free. She replied, “When I was able to drive my car quite a bit.”

Elle added, “I love driving my vehicle.”

“It’s the freedom of being able drive my car that gives me joy. My car has never been driven by me.

LIVE WITH HER OWN HOME AS SHE DESIRES

Spears lives in Thousand Oaks on 21 acres, where she was born in 2015.

Although she bought the property at $7.4 million, her father was always in control.

According to The New York Times Jamie Spears’restricted all from whom she dated, to the colour of her kitchen cabinets’

Asghari, she and Asghari might be in search of a fresh start.

On October 20 the pair were spotted house hunting, looking at a $16.5 million mansion in the upscale Hidden Hills neighborhood in Calabasas.

The house is currently owned by makeup mogul Jeffree Star and other residents include Drake, the Kardashians and Miley Cyrus.

Star purchased the house in 2019 for $14.6 Million. It has seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The property also boasts stunning views over the Southern California hills.

SHE CAN MANAGE HIM OWN HEALTH & SELF-CARE

Spears, who claimed she was forced by her psychiatrist to take powerful psychiatric medicine called lithium on 23 June shocked the court.

Spears said to the judge that she had been seeing the same woman each morning for eight years and gave her the exact same medications.

However, she said that this was done by her father against her will.

Spears said to the court, “He immediately, on the next day put me onto lithium, out-of nowhere.”

He took me off the usual medication that I had been using for over five years. The lithium drug is stronger than I thought and is completely different from what I was already taking. Too much can cause mental impairment if taken for longer than five years.

“But he placed me on that and I felt drunk.

I couldn’t do it for myself. My mom and dad couldn’t have any conversation about anything.

‘I told them I was scared and my doctor had me on — six different nurses with this new medication come to my home, stay with me to monitor me on this new medication, which I never wanted to be on to begin with. I was restricted from driving for one month by six nurses who were present in my home.

Spears can be seen in October 2018, when she announced her Las Vegas residency. According to her, she was forced into the show.

Also, she has complained about the compulsory psychiatric treatments.

She said, “They require me to go twice per week to therapy and see a psychiatrist.”

Spears admitted that she needed therapy. However, Spears said it was once per week and at home. She didn’t want to be photographed crying after therapy.

She said that during the pandemic she had to be restricted from performing her normal self-care routines because the controls were so tight.

‘For a year, I didn’t have my nails done — no hairstyling and no massages, no acupuncture,’ she said in the June hearing.

“Nothing for one year.” Every week I saw my maids with new nails every time.

GOVERN HER LEGAL AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

The core of the issue is Spears’s wealth – her estimated worth is $60 million. Britney paid $16,000 per month for her father’s financial management; $150,000 per year was paid to her mother for her $2,000,000 mansion.

Yet, her financial situation was strict. She was allowed to earn $2,000 per week.

In June, she stated that she was not comfortable in a conservatorship because she could work and make money for herself and others.

‘It makes no sense. It is time to amend the laws. It is illegal for a state to have someone else’s money or account. Then they can threaten the person by telling them, “You won’t be able to spend your money until we do what you want.” They are paying me.

Britney isn’t just putting pressure on Jamie Spears. Lynne Spears, 66, also attacked Lynne. Lynne is the one she believes was responsible for her ‘ruining life’ with her conservatorship.

John Zabel (certified accountant, owner of Media Finance Structures) currently manages her finances. John succeeded her father in September.

Zabel is attempting to unravel the current financial system. In the following weeks, the money will go to Spears as a trust.

After a decision in June, she can now appoint her own lawyer. She was previously represented by Sam Ingham, who had been appointed by the court. Mathew Rosengart is now her lawyer.

PERFORM IF SHE WANTS…OR NOT

Spears claimed in June she was made to do work for her money, comparing it to sex traficking.

Judge Brenda Penny was told by her that she was constantly threatened if they didn’t perform. She emphasized the stress associated with her Las Vegas residency.

“I was on tour during 2018,” she said. She stated, “I had to do it.”

“My management told me that if this tour is not completed, I would have to hire an attorney. And, as per contract, my management could sue me for failure to complete the tour.

“Three Days later, when I had said no to Vegas,” my therapist told me that he’d made a million calls regarding how I wasn’t cooperating with rehearsals and why I hadn’t been taking medication. This was all false.

Spears suggests that performing might be off limits for her.

She expressed her excitement about a long vacation.

The team wants me to return home from work rather than taking longer vacations. It’s a routine that I have been doing for them and they’re used to it.

I’ve been working my entire life. I’m entitled to a 2- to 3-year vacation and to just do the things I love.

Tell her your story

Spears claimed that she was silenced under the conservatorship and asked Judge Penny for permission to talk.

She said that she needed to be approved by a judge to conduct an interview in which I could hear about what happened to her.

“And, actually, I have to use my voice in order for me to speak up.”

“My lawyer says that I cannot, and it’s bad, but I can’t tell the public anything they did me. And by not speaking, you are saying that it’s okay.”

She claimed that she was not allowed to tell the truth.

She said, “It’s unfair they’re telling lies about me openly.”

They interview anyone and everyone they like on television. My family did interviews and made me feel dumb.

“And my people tell me that I cannot say anything.”

Spears is likely to now face a huge bidding war with TV producers and document directors all competing for the right to sit down with the singer in her first interview.

In June, she stated that merely keeping the conservatorship alive and keeping my father in the loop made her feel dead.

Fans and supporters are hopeful that she will start a new life after the end of her conservatorship.
