Last night saw a huge fire in Wakefield. West Yorkshire firefighters battled the flames into the wee hours of the morning.
Around 80 firefighters from 13 fire station crews across the county were called to the warehouse complex off Dale Street, in the Ossett area, just before 8.20pm.
Photos taken above the warehouse revealed a massive pillar of smoke coming from below the buildings. The flames glowed orange.
There are several homes near the spot where the fire started.

According to the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, two businesses – a car workshop and a concrete factory – have been struck by the fire.
According to the fire department, 100 percent had been lost from the warehouse.
As crews dealt with the flames, local roads would be closed throughout the night. It also advised residents to shut their windows.
The tweet also thanked the locals who had their water diverted in an effort to put out the flames, and warned of potential power disruptions.
YorkshireLive was told by a witness living in one of those houses that the fire had brought a large crowd.

‘I was just putting the baby to bed when this is what we see,’ Jacklyn Ellis said.
“People block the drive to see what’s happening and there are more people moving around than during a normal day.
“People continue to drive down the street, over the firehoses to be turned around. If possible, people should stay clear of dale Street.
A witness also stated that they could see smoke coming from their house, which is approximately two and a half miles from the scene.
