Ioan Gruffudd’s girlfriend, who was just hours away from her first appearance on Instagram with the troubled Welsh star, returned to Instagram Sunday night.
Bianca Wallace shared her first picture in five weeks while posting a selfie to the social media site.
Just a few days earlier, Gruffudd, 48 from Australia, made an unexpected appearance in Los Angeles. Alice Evans, his ex-wife, shared a humorous video with her followers.
Here she is: Ioan Gruffudd’s new girlfriend returned to Instagram on Sunday evening, just hours after her first public appearance with the beleaguered Welsh star
Evans, 53, confirmed her separation from the Welsh star in a series of furious tweets posted on Twitter in January – with Gruffudd and Wallace announcing their relationship in October.
The actress, after months of bitterness, took a short break from publically lambasting her husband. She was playing on Instagram with a facial-alteration filter.
Evans shared a brief video Saturday showing her high spirits after she used the filter to add two huge lips to her face.
We are grateful: Bianca posted her most recent post to thank her hairstylist after she revealed a side-parted style.
Fun: After months of acrimony, Gruffudd’s estranged wife Alice Evans took a break from publicly lambasting her estranged husband while playing with a facial alteration filter on Instagram
Stepping out: Australian actress Wallace made a surprise appearance with Gruffudd in Los Angeles on Saturday, their first public outing as a couple
Recent claims by the British actor that her ex-husband bought cocaine in Australia while she was filming Harrow, an Australian crime drama, were unsubstantiated.
In a now deleted post, she claimed the actor purchased ’24 grams’ of the Class-A drug while away on location.
Evans uploaded photos of Gruffudd from happier times two days later. They showed Gruffudd and Evans smiling together as they went on holiday.
Happier times: Alice Evans shared throwback snaps with estranged husband Ioan Gruffudd on Monday – days after making unsubstantiated claims he told her he ‘bought 24 grams of cocaine while filming a TV show in Australia’
The caption for one photo was: “This is the one that I remember.” Although I was in my forties, it still felt like we had been there. Just across the street from Red Square.
“And then, we met Sergei Bladomirivic Ananyev – who.completely.changed my mind about Russia. Sergei, I’ll never forget. Your beautiful wife Maria, and your lovely daughter Macha.
Another picture was captioned with the following: “What, where and when is this?” It was just a phone call. We look like we’re on a concert but that can’t possibly be!!
‘Has ANYONE SEEN THIS PIC BEFORE ?????’
Alice asked her fans for help in determining when she took the picture.
Looking back: Alice recalls a trip she and her husband had taken before they split.
The snaps come after Evans posted a series of public tweets seen by The Sun in which she reportedly wrote: ‘One day Ioan came home and told me he’d bought 24g of coke with a friend, and then the pandemic came and he had to leave it behind.’
“It was a massive coke party according to what he said me.
“I was a bit annoyed to hear that, but I just wanted him back home.” It can be very difficult to get out of a relationship with cocaine or other drugs.
Oh dear: The snaps come after Alice posted a series of public tweets seen by The Sun in which she reportedly wrote: ‘One day Ioan came home and told me he’d bought 24g of coke with a friend, and then the pandemic came and he had to leave it behind’
New love: Ioan recently went public with his new girlfriend Bianca Wallace, after Alice claimed the pair had been embroiled in a three-year affair – which has been denied by a friend of the couple
It comes after she offered advice to women getting a divorce with a spoof masterclass in a bizarre post on Instagram.
Evans uploaded a weird clip to social media and told women that they need to be a little more aggressive when divorcing. Many people also experience their spouses disappearing with another woman.
“Oh, hello, Marjorie, and I’m here for you to discuss a very, very sad event that occurs to many women, including myself.
“And it is the fact that after being married for several decades with one man, we love each other with so much intensity that the man may just leave us and go to another woman.
Odd: It comes after earlier this week Alice offered advice to women getting a divorce with a spoof masterclass in a bizarre new post on Instagram on Thursday
“So, I am aware that there has been much talk about this and I really want other people to speak up. We can’t make it Me Too Movement as I don’t really know what it was. But I would love to hear from others about it.
“The last time that I talked to my husband was in December, the money was his. He became part of our family. When we were checked over, they stated that the lawyers had taken all the assets and wrapped us up.
She then changed into an aggressive east London accent and exclaimed: ‘You’ve got to f***ing kidding haven’t you! You’re not taking anything, are you? That’s the tennis court, the Lamborghini, the f***ing whatever.’
Switching back to the posh accent she continued: ‘And he said ‘yes”, before she switches back again to say: ‘Yes and I’ve got two f***ing cousins on their way that are going to f***ing cut you, you know that!’
“So yeah, I believe we need to be more aggressive.
Spoof: She captioned the post: ‘Women must stick together. I teach alternate methods. Feel free to contact me with any questions or for flirting, if you are feeling uneasy. All my best!
The caption she used was: “Women should stick together. I teach alternate methods. Feel free to contact me with any questions or for flirting, if you are feeling uneasy. All my best!
Some people found the clip amusing, but others encouraged her to get help after her split.
Evans wrote an emotional Instagram post last week that detailed the effects her separation has had upon their daughters.
Harrow’s actress Ella (12 years old) and Elsie (8 years old), share a photo of their dog and write: “Everybody was quite low-energy today. The reality is that we’re all beginning to understand what it will be like to live without Daddy. We need to prepare for this…
Messy: Evans confirmed her separation from the Welsh star, 48, in a string of furious tweets posted on Twitter in January, and has since documented every toxic turn in their subsequent divorce proceedings across social media (pictured in 2018)
She recalled her tell-all interview, in which Gruffudd was called a “coward” and she attacked his relationship with Bianca Wallace. ( Not that I blame him).
“You need to make sure that every argument has two sides.
‘At one point he asked me the same question everybody’s been asking me: Why did you decide to do this? This question is always a problem for me because I am 100% truthful in all I do.
‘And as far as the ripple I’ve set off which has brought letters, emails, messages to me from all over the world saying they wish they’d had a voice…
‘….I think on a personal level, I did it because I had no other choice. Lies were told about me, and I was blinded, gagged, and blinded. Because I didn’t have the power to accept them, I had to believe them.
When I spoke out on SM after almost six months of crying ever night ans driving my friends insane….
It felt like somebody had lanced an enormous boil somewhere on my body and all the c**p was coming out. That’s so gross and I’m so sorry but it was like that!
Gruffudd took a second shot at her and wrote: “Thanks to all of you who continue supporting me. Your love is unconditional. There’s nothing wrong with calling out a man who is telling awful stories about you, shearing openly and then telling you it’s your fault.
Families: Two daughters were born to the former couple – Ella (12 years old) and Elsie (8 years).
‘We shouldn’t have to put up with this. It’s not possible.
Gruffudd and Wallace recently made public their relationship after Wallace, Gruffudd’s estranged spouse claimed that the couple had been involved in an affair for three years. A friend denied this claim.
Evans has since shared intimate details about her bitter break-up in a tell-all interview on The Kyle & Jackie O Show on Monday.
Speaking to the breakfast radio show, the actress described the break-up and the subsequent attention as a ‘very strange thing to happen’.
She accused the actor of ‘gaslighting’ her – a form of manipulation that causes people to question their judgments and reality.
Evans explained that she’s ‘chosen to do four or five interviews’ about the split, after previously feeling ‘gagged’.
‘[People would]Say something like “Oh, he’s such a nice lad. Your husband.” He’ll be your husband forever. He’ll be yours forever.”
After posting a series of revealing tweets about the split, Evans described the feeling she got from sharing her side of the story as ‘releasing some kind of cut’.
Elle added, “I didn’t see.” [the split]Gruffudd said that he had just sent her a message saying that he was counting down to the time he would see her. This came only days before they split up.
“He hasn’t told me yet, because now, he ghostings me,” she stated about their separation, noting that the last time she had seen her husband in 14 years was January.
Following their split, Gruffudd revealed he’s now in a relationship with Australian actress Bianca Wallace.
The revelation left Evans blindsided, and she claimed ‘he may have been cheating on me for two years’.
“He could have approached it in the best possible way. He could have just sat with us and said “Look, it has happened!” Let’s get to the bottom of it. “And I would have been open to that,” she cried.
Speaking about Gruffudd and his new girlfriend, she added: ‘He’s a coward. Although I do not know her personally, she is very pushy. However, I won’t let anyone drag me.
Lost love: In a since-deleted tweet, Alice said she was blindsided by Ioan’s decision to leave her and their daughters, claiming he ‘no longer loves’ her
