A top chef is known for reinventing classic takeaway dishes and adding seafood to them. He has shared his take on a Kebab.
Josh Niland is the head chef of Saint Peter and Sydney Fish Butchery. He shared a photo of his mouthwatering creation, using a Yellowfin Tuna kofta in place of beef or lamb.
He paired the kofta and sumac onions, tomato, tahini, yoghurt, and parsley and put it on his Fish Butchery takeaway list for one day.
Sumac and lemon are used on onions in Turkish cooking. This makes them softer and more delicious to eat.

The picture of the new menu item went viral on social media with hundreds commenting about the chef’s genius creation.
“That looks amazing!” This is insane on so many different levels,’ one wrote.
“This was delish. This was the best thing I have ever eaten. This should be a routine situation.
Niland is known for his innovative take on take-out treats. Recently, Niland tried his hand at a Bunnings-inspired sausage sizzle with seafood instead of beef.

He paired the kofta and sumac onions, tomato, tahini yogurt, parsley, and placed it on his Fish Butchery takeaway menu.

The 32-year-old carefully constructed the fish sausages to make them look identical to the classic snags and shared a picture of the grilled sausage served with a slice of white bread.
“Missing Bunnings sausage sizzles?” He posted the following Instagram picture: Fish sausages on a charcoal grill with grilled onions, and our BBQ Sauce.
The creation was a hit with Sydney diners.

Niland is a master of take-out, and he recently attempted a Bunnings-inspired seafood sausage sizzle.
“The best fish sausages ever and a unique creation. It’s unlike anything I have ever had before. The flavors are so delicious, you can almost taste the sea in them. One woman wrote: “Yummy!”
Another customer rated the sausage sizzle a perfect 10, after she tried the fishy creation with no sauce.
“The most exquisite sausage sandwich.” Texture and appearance are very similar to chicken sausage. But in taste, it is clearly fish.
Many people shared the creation via social media. Some were stunned that the sausages are made with fish. Others were more impressed by his tasty creation.
One person wrote, “This looks sensational,” while another added, “Completely with removed crust for all of the adult children out here.”
