42-year old glamour model took to Instagram Tuesday to share a full clip, set for release at 5pm. She promised to speak about the accident that occurred last month following a binge on drugs and drinks. 

Sitting beside fiancé Carl Woods, she spoke to the camera in the now-deleted video to express her remorse and reveal that she will ‘explain what happened’ later on. 

She replied, “I took the controls of the car.” I regret it. People around me and myself have been upset. My life could have ended in my hands. I could’ve killed or injured somebody.

Last week, Katie completed her court assigned rehab order following her car accident on September 28, after which she tested positive for alcohol and Class A drug cocaine and she is now readying herself to discuss the crash. 

After the accident, she pleaded guilty and was sent for her rehabilitation course.  

This mother-of-5 could be facing jail. After being disqualified from driving for two years in 2019, she is now without a license and was banned six times.

Local police tweeted a photo showing a BMW damaged in the accident. It was lying across the lanes with its front stuck in the hedgerow.

According to a local, the other vehicles involved were not in the collision and it took place away from any houses. The driver of the vehicle sounds fine. 

Katie had a difficult year and was seen recently with severe bruising on her face following an assault that took place at her Essex home.

Sources said that Katie had rolled her vehicle and was not in good shape when officers arrived. Everyone is worried for her right now that she’s at the hospital.

A maximum penalty of 26 weeks imprisonment for driving while disqualified is possible. Her family was concerned about her mental state hours after the accident.

The statement read: “We have long been concerned about Kate’s well-being and mental health.” Our worst fears almost came true today.

“As a whole family, we are here to support Kate and her needs. We believe that she will come to realize that it is not possible for her to deal with these issues on her own.

Katie had said that her disqualification from driving would mean she was unable to visit Harvey, Harvey’s disabled son at the residential college in Gloucestershire.

Spokesman for Sussex Police said that police were responding to reports about a one-vehicle collision near Partridge Green at B2135 around 6.20 on Tuesday.

Later, they added that Katie Price (43), was charged with operating a motor vehicle in a public place and using it without insurance.

“She was placed in custody, and she will be appearing at Crawley Remand Court Wednesday (September 29).”

According to a spokesperson for the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust, it was called “at approximately 6.30am in response to reports that there had been an RTC regarding Partridge Green’s B2135”.

They added: ‘One ambulance crew attended the scene and one person was assessed and treated before being taken to hospital.’

Police confirmed that the road had been closed following the collision, but it was reopened by police at 9.26 am.
