“This was not an experiment. It was a discovery that Marie-Claire, my art, and mine could work together on a project to show her artwork.”

Laura chose her favorite floral compositions from Marie Claire’s portfolio, and worked then with the silk printers of the Glasgow School of Art to transfer the designs onto fabric.

This collection includes blouses, dresses and skirts that are adorned with floral patterns.

Laura’s designs were carefully created to showcase Marie-Claire’s exquisite floral compositions and have been modelled in the photoshoot by a selection of society beauties and close family friends at Marie-Claire’s home – Melbourne Hall in Derbyshire.
