Katie Price has been hit with a repossession order for her £1.35million ‘mucky mansion’, according to a new report.
The model, 43, failed to repay a debt of more than £500,000 on the property in West Sussex which she once said was ‘haunted’, The Sun claims.
It comes after last week, Katie completed her court assigned rehab order following her car accident on September 28, after which she tested positive for alcohol and Class A drug cocaine.

According to some reports, the star might If she is unable to get the money needed to repay her creditors before the repossession hearing, the house could be taken away.
An Land Registry search revealed that Katie owes money both to Kensington Mortgage Company, and to Archerfield Partners LLP.
The publication received information from a source that stated: “Katie is not paying back what she owes, and her mortgage company was forced to issue this order.
She was scheduled to appear in a repossession hearing on Wednesday, but the date will be rescheduled for January.

“This is Katie at her lowest in an already difficult year.
MailOnline reached out to Katie’s representative in order for her to comment.
Katie drove her BMW into the double limit of drink driving after she left her house to search for drugs in September. She was then arrested and pleaded guilty before being taken to court.
Katie was released from prison last month on condition that she receive treatment at The Priory and not be convicted of any other offenses. She also had to stop driving during the interim.
Property: She could lose her star home if it is not possible to get enough cash in order to pay back the debtors she owes.

Katie recently apologised for her actions in her drink-and-drug-fuelled crash, stating she has ‘taken full responsibility for her actions’.
A statement given by her family to the Sunday Mirror read: ‘Kate acknowledges and takes full responsibility for her actions.
She knows that they did wrong and apologizes. Kate loves her family and is loved deeply.

The Star was informed that her sentencing has been delayed for eleven weeks, until December 15, to enable her to receive treatment at The Priory as well as speak with the probation officer.

Katie may still be in jail after she is sentenced to her December sentence. Following her October 2019 disqualification for 2 years, Katie has lost her driving license. She has also been expelled from all roads six times.
Three charges were brought against Katie: driving on public roads without insurance, using a motor-vehicle in an uninsured place; driving after drinking; and driving with a license suspended. Katie was taken to the hospital, but it isn’t believed that she sustained any serious injuries.
