This comes as elsewhere in her book, Katie claimed Dwight Yorke ‘disowned’ Harvey over dinner in 2012.
The former glamour model and the ex-premier league footballer, 49, had briefly been in a relationship. However, they broke up soon after Katie got pregnant with her eldest daughter, now 19.
She describes in her new book how Harvey refused to see Dwight after he asked for his father over a meal at Alderley Edge in Cheshire.

Katie wrote in her book, serialised in The Mirror: ‘I walked over to him and he didn’t really say much – it was so awkward. He had not even bought me a drink. That was Dwight’s typical behavior.
She claimed that he said that he didn’t want the pair of them anymore after she arrived.
She wrote: ‘Even after the fact that he said that to me, I was still trying persistently. Harvey should have his dad in his world, but he wasn’t interested in any of that. “This isn’t about me. This is your son and your flesh,’
‘But he just didn’t give a s**t. There’s only so much you can try before you realise you’re flogging a dead horse. I got up and went, and that was the last time I saw him. I haven’t heard from him since.

MailOnline reached out for clarification to Katie and Dwight.
Katie has cared for her son who has autism, partial blindness and Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Dwight denied that he was Harvey’s father when Katie fell pregnant with Harvey. However, a DNA test proved his paternity.
Dwight had previously attacked Katie in Born To Score 2009, after he claimed she didn’t let him see Harvey.
He wrote: “From the moment I laid eyes upon the little fella. I have loved my boy like I could never have imagined possible. I won’t say anymore that Harvey wasn’t loved, that I didn’t understand his needs, or that I didn’t care about his welfare.
The book excerpt was written by Katie after she had been in rehab for a drink-and drug-related crash.
