A Lamborghini owner had a lucky escape when he accidentally reversed his £160,000 supercar into a lake in Austria.

The 31-year-old motorist had been driving through the town of Mondsee when he ‘mixed up the brake and accelerator pedals’ and drove his Lamborghini Huracán backwards into the lake. 

The driver was able swim to shore and managed to get out of the car alive after the vehicle plunged 50 feet into the water.
