An ex-federal prosecutor stated that GhislaineMaxwell won’t ever reveal anything about Jeffrey Epstein and his sex trafficking schemes. She was sentenced for twenty years after helping to abuse the underage financier girls.

Maxwell received the harsh sentence in Manhattan federal Court on Tuesday. Maxwell has been accused for knowing many details about Epstein and possible co-conspirators. However, Maxwell has shown no willingness to cooperate with federal investigators.

Neama Rahmani is a former federal prosecutor and is currently a Los Angeles litigator. She believes Maxwell’s actions so far suggest she won’t cooperate with Epstein’s possible co-conspirators.

Rhamani said that she had reacted to the sentence by saying, “She dug in her heels, she pushed it to trial, made all of these women testify and revictimized their stories in court,” in an interview with DailyMail.com shortly after its sentencing.

He said, “If you want the maximum benefit from cooperation, you would not do any of these things.” “I don’t see anything to support the belief that any other person will be charged in this case,” he said.

Prosecutors claim that Epstein was sexually abusing children over a period of more than 10 years, and exploiting girls as young as 14-years old.

Prosecutors stated that Maxwell (60), his longtime friend, was responsible for Maxwell’s December convictions of sex traficking, transporting minors to illegal sex acts and two conspiracy counts.

Following her sentencing on Tuesday, Maxwell’s attorney Bobbi Sternheim vowed to appeal, saying that Epstein had left Maxwell ‘holding the whole bag.’

Rahmani isn’t connected to this case, but spoke as an expert in legal matters. She observed that Maxwell’s appeal plan makes it very unlikely she will cooperate investigators.

He stated that cooperation means you are essentially giving up your right of appeal.

He added that cooperation cannot be understood if you don’t admit your involvement in trafficking or abuse of young girls. “She is more likely to accept her chance on appeal.

Rahmani stated that offenders can give evidence against their co-conspirators following sentencing in return for a chance at a lower sentence. However, this is very rare.

“It is not too late. However, people who cooperate often plead guilty. He said that once they have been convicted, they will then cooperate.

Rahmani stated that Maxwell’s sentencing statement in which Maxwell blamed Epstein, and cast herself as another victim, indicated that Maxwell is not likely to give evidence to investigators.

The sentencing marks the end of a decades-long fight for justice by victims of Maxwell and Epstein, seen together above in an evidence photo

In an evidence photo, Maxwell and Epstein victims seen in a group above are celebrating the completion of their decades-long battle for justice.

Maxwell told the court at the sentencing that she empathized with the victims in the case, but refused to admit her guilt and laid blame for the abuse on Epstein, saying meeting him was the ‘greatest regret of my life.’

Rahmani explained that Rahmani believes she will not cooperate because of her non-apologetical apology. These statements don’t come from someone taking responsibility for the crime, who feels sorry and will help bring others to justice.

Maxwell seemed like an absolute narcissist. He added that ‘Anything’ is possible. “She truly believes she is a victim and has suffered such injustice.”

Before their fall, Epstein and Maxwell were surrounded by powerful and wealthy people.

Their association with some of the world’s most famous people was not a prominent part of Maxwell’s trial, but mentions of friends such as Bill Clinton and Donald Trump showed how the pair exploited their connections to impress their victims.

Virginia Roberts was the one to accuse. She claimed that Maxwell, Epstein, and others had forced her into having sex when she turned 17 years old, with men like Prince Andrew of Britain.

Roberts settled the lawsuit against Andrew for an estimated $12 million.

Roberts (also known as Virginia Giuffre) says that Maxwell employed her in Florida when she was 16, and they worked at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago.

She stated that Maxwell, Epstein and her did “unimaginable things” to her in her victim impact statement.

According to the statement, Jeffrey Epstein was an awful pedophile.

“But without you, Jeffrey Epstein would not have been possible.” You opened the doors to hell for me and many other people. Ghislaine was a beast in sheep’s clothes, so you betrayed us with your feminine nature, and we followed you through.

“Ghislaine,” you are a criminal who deserves to be locked up in jail for the rest of his life. Just like your victims, you deserve to remain in prison forever.

Maxwell’s trial revolved around allegations from only a handful of Epstein’s accusers.

Four of the four teens testified to having been abused in their teens at Epstein’s Florida, New York, New Mexico, and Virgin Islands mansions.

As they left court on Tuesday, Sarah Ransome held hands with Elizabeth Stein. Ransome said in her victim statement that Ransome was “nothing but a sextoy with a soul and used to entertain Epstein Maxwell and other people”. Elizabeth Stein said that she was forced to have an abortion because of being raped “countless” times.

In court, three people were only identified by their initials or pseudonyms in order to preserve their privacy. Jane was a TV actress and Kate was an ex-model from the UK. Carolyn is a recovering mom from drug addiction.

Annie Farmer was fourth, and she was the first accuser to identify her in court using her actual name after having spoken out publicly.

Maxwell was seen in a prison uniform and shackles around the ankles before Tuesday’s sentencing.

She stated, “I am aware that I was convicted of helping Jeffrey Epstein commit these crimes.” My association with Epstein will forever mark me. This is my biggest regret that I have ever had to meet him.

She said that Epstein had ‘fooled every one in his orbit’

The prosecution had requested Judge Nathan to sentence Maxwell to at least 30 years for Maxwell’s “utter lack of regret”. Maxwell, however, argued that she should only serve four years since she was not considered a threat to the public.

This sentence marks the culmination of decades-long efforts to bring justice for victims of Maxwell or Epstein.

GHISLAINE’S STATEMENT AT SENTENCING HEARING IN FULL

After listening to all the anguish and pain expressed, my honor, it’s difficult for me to speak to you.

It’s difficult for many women to understand and to comprehend the devastating impact of this on their lives.

Their suffering is my deepest sympathy.

Also, I acknowledge that Jeffrey Epstein has committed these crimes against me.

Recognizing that Jeffrey Epstein committed these crimes, I regret it. I will be forever stained by Epstein’s association.

This is the greatest regret I have in my entire life.

Jeffrey Epstein, I think, fooled everyone in his circle. He was viewed as a friend, mentor and lover by his victims.

Today, it is unfathomable to believe that this was his view contemporaneously.

It was a devastating impact that he had on everyone who knew him. Even those who only met him once or twice, even if they didn’t know him well, were affected by his impact on their lives.

Jeffrey Epstein ought to have been there before you. In 2005. 2005. Again in 2009. He was charged and prosecuted many times.

He ought to have saved victims from years spent pursuing justice.

Today is not really about Epstein. For me to be sentenced. It’s for my victims to speak to me only in court.

I apologize for any pain that you may have felt.

My conviction and my severe imprisonment will bring you closure.

This will hopefully bring some comfort to the woman who has suffered.

It is also a painful case that has affected my relationships with those I care about, as well as the ones I hold dear.

All those inside and outside of the courtroom have my deepest wishes that today ends a horrible chapter.

This day, to all those who have spoken here today as well as those who didn’t speak, may it help you see the way out of darkness and into light.
