Jeffrey Epstein’s estate has been sued by a businessman. The estate sold him a Gulfstream IV jet, but he didn’t mention that the plane was used to traffic girls for sex.

Thomas Huff is a charter plane operator based out of Marietta, Georgia.

He bought a controlling share in JEGE LLC (the company Epstein used to control and that owns the Gulfstream Jet), just weeks before the 2019 arrest of Epstein.

Epstein sold Huff a controlling interest in JEGE’ but did not claim that he ‘was in a massive crime enterprise involving rape.

Huff stated that Epstein’s stigma had ‘damaged’ the company.

‘JEGE’s customers are some of the most well-known to the public and are tracked, monitored, and reported to press for using what they believed was Jeffrey Epstein’s business,’ the suit stated.

The charter airline businessman bought Epstein's company, which owned a Gulfstream IV jet (file iamge). Huff's suit alleged the plane was used for the convicted pedophile's 'criminal enterprise'

Epstein’s business, a charter airline operator, was purchased by the man who bought Epstein (file iamge). Huff claimed that the plane was used by the convicted pedophile for his ‘criminal enterprise.

According to the lawsuit, the airline businessman would not have bought JEGE if he had known about the sex ring.

Huff claimed that he tried unsuccessfully cancel the sale when he realized Epstein had been arrested.

Epstein’s plea deal in Florida in 2008 was covered extensively by the media. In it, he admitted to soliciting and procuring a minor prostitute and that he had also been accused of making sex-abuse allegations against additional victims in 2018 as well as 2019.

However, the complaint stated: “Mr. Epstein committed fraud in failing to disclose a materiality that Thomas Huff could have discovered through due diligence.

The lawsuit alleged ‘just prior’ to Epstein’s arrest JEGE had assets of more than $3.5million (£2.5million). After Epstein’s indictment in 2019, the company ‘immediately depreciated in an amount in excess of’ $1.5million (£1million).

‘Additionally JEGE was unable to obtain financing, and not because of creditworthiness but because of the stigma attached to Jeffrey E. Epstein’s victimization of children,’ court papers state.

Epstein was a director of the firm when he molested underage girls. The lawsuit claimed that he ‘violated’ his fiduciary obligation to JEGE, while adding that his ‘lies were a violation of the duty of candor.

It said that he knew or should’ve known that his ongoing criminal enterprise would compromise the value of JEGE if it was discovered.

Epstein has owned at least three private jets in a fleet worth around $80million: the Gulfstream IV, a large Boeing 727 known infamously as the ‘Lolita Express’, and a 2008 Gulfstream G550, which went on sale for $16.9million (£12.2million) last year.

Equus posted photos of the late multimillionaire pedophile’s 2008 Gulfstream G550. They show the beige and cream leather seats and mahogany-finished surfaces. The plush royal blue carpet is also visible.

The sale of the jet could bring in millions for Epstein’s estate. Epstein is currently being sued for sexual abuse on his jets and in his New York and Virgin Islands homes.

The 66-year old pleaded guilty to the charges of sexual abuse against girls as young as 14. He was part of a ‘vast network of underage victims’. His jets were always considered a place for some of the abuse.

Over the years, the FBI has identified many young victims of abuse. One victim claimed that she was abused in international airspace on Epstein’s private aircrafts.

Epstein is alleged to have used the 727 to transport underage girls between New York and Palm Beach.

Victims claim that Epstein installed a large bed on the jet for guests to have group sex with young girls. This was in fulfillment of their warped fantasies.

Virginia Giuffre Roberts, victim, filed a lawsuit against the billionaire in 2015. He claimed that he had recruited her as a “sex slave” at age 15 and sexually abused her for years from his private jet, as well as his homes in New York, New Mexico and Florida.

A 2019 report claimed that court filings had shown that Epstein sold the Lolita Express several weeks before his arrest in July that year.
