Footage captures a group of men throwing fists at each other during the brawl that took place on the 16th Floor of Birmingham’s 4-star Park Regis Hotel.
A fight ensues and one woman can hear screaming. Meanwhile, two men throw quick punches at the man trying to flee.
A second clip captures a man using his foot to stamp down on another man’s ankle as he lies on the ground.
The fight that spilled onto the streets outside is thought to have started at a conference in which was taking place a private event involving a local business.
The reason for the fight and who was involved are still unknown.
Paramedics and police were dispatched to the scene. At least one victim was taken to hospital to receive treatment.
West Midlands Police is believed to also be looking into the matter.

After the video cuts, you will see a fight between a few men in a corridor. People are trying to stop it.
The two men then start squaring up, before the man behind throws a punch. This sparks another man into attacking.
They exchange quick punches and kicks as the man tries to escape. He eventually runs to safety, before returning for more.
After a fight, a man can be seen punching another person on the floor and then being pulled off.
The fight is continuing, a man can be seen wearing a bloody white shirt and trying to get into the fray. However, he is prevented from doing so.
After the fighting continues, the video cuts outside. To stop the fighting, two high-vis jacketed men appear to be policemen or security personnel.
The incident is being investigated by the West Midlands Police.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service, who were called to the incident, told MailOnline: ‘We were called by police at 2:11am on New Year’s Day to an incident at a property on Broad Street, Birmingham.

“We dispatched an ambulance and paramedics officers to the site. The man received treatment for non-serious injuries. He was then taken to the hospital.
A spokesperson for the Park Regis told MailOnline the fight took place during a private New Year’s Eve event and no hotel guests or employees were injured in the incident.
According to the spokesperson, ticket-led events are only held during Park Regis’ Festive Season. This was the only issue.
“The incident was unfortunate and rare but was quickly dealt with by our teams.
The hotel’s security team handled the situation well. It was moved to a Lift Lobby, and neither guests nor employees were injured.
“The incident was not known to the other hotel guests and the situation was quickly resolved. There are no reports of guests being admitted to hospital.
Hotel bosses said the fight, which they described as a ‘scuffle’, was at the end of the event and was between guests exclusively from the New Year’s Event.
