Prince Harry watched last night’s dramatic Super Bowl in Los Angeles with his cousin Princess Eugenie alongside a host of Hollywood stars including Kendall Jenner, Jay-Z and Justin Bieber.
The 37-year-old royal sat in the stands with his cousin at the SoFi Stadium to see the Los Angeles Rams beat the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 in a fourth-quarter comeback at Super Bowl LVI – but there was no sign of Meghan.
Harry, 31 and Eugenie, 31 sat on luxurious leather seats in a box inside the stadium. They wore masks according to Los Angeles County regulations that require N95 and KN95 grades for outdoor large events.
They were announced by the NFL. Their UK Twitter account posted a picture of them with the caption: “Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie at #SBLVI.”
While he did not show any loyalty to either side, the Duke of Sussex was wearing a T-shirt, dark jacket, and was seen resting both his shoes and boots on the barrier. Eugenie Brooksbank, her husband Jack Brooksbank was not seen.
Eugenie and Harry were the only two famous people to be photographed wearing masks as they sat down. Others such as Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, KanyeWest, Beyonce, Rita Ora, and Kanye West are all seen with them. This could have been Harry’s concern about the Covid-19 situation, after Prince Charles was last week diagnosed with the virus.
Some people mistakenly mistook Eugenie to mean Meghan. However, Eugenie was never there. The couple married in 2018 and currently live near Montecito in a $12million Montecito home. They have two children, Archie and Lilibet.
Dr. Dre led an all-star crew of rappers last night at the Super Bowl half-time, which brought back their roots in hip-hop. Dre, Snoop Dogg (NWA co-founder), Eminem and Mary J Blige were joined by Kendrick Lasmar for the show, which saw 50 Cent surprise guest appearance before a crowd of 70,000.
