The 95-year-old could complete some of her engagements, but there are no public duties in her calendar.

Her priority is to be able lead the Royal Family at Cop26’s climate summit in Glasgow next month.

After cancelling a two day trip to Northern Ireland, she was taken to the hospital for tests.

According to Aides, the tests were performed as a precaution. She is now resting at Windsor Castle.

Buckingham Palace stated that she is’remaining positive spirits’, but a royal source said to the Sunday Times that she was’sick’.

The Queen, who will be celebrating her Platinum Jubilee next January, has had a busy calendar of public engagements since returning from Balmoral in this month.

According to a royal source, the Mail was told by a Mail spokesperson that her private office would constantly review her diary and make any necessary adjustments.

Last week, the Queen was almost on her feet for an hour as she hosted a lavish reception for Bill Gates, US climate envoy John Kerry and other guests.

According to reports, she had agreed to a secret signal with her aides in order to be able take her home if she felt tired. However, the signal was not necessary and she was said being on’sparkling form.

She was to travel to Northern Ireland the next morning. However, doctors advised her to rest and she’reluctantly’ accepted their advice.
