Ricky Gervais slammed the Covid-breaking Tories’ for being ‘Charlie Sheen’ and refusing to allow people to visit their loved ones or attend funerals during lockdown.
After Life’s star 60-year-old, Boris Johnson, made a comparison to Johnson and his party with the ex-Hollywood hellraiser, while also questioning their ability to lead the country.
Ricky declared that inability of government officials to adhere to the rules during pandemic was the ‘worst thing’ he has seen.

Ricky asked in an X-rated rant if he knew the worst thing. Other than the death toll and devastation, the stress on the health system and loss of livelihoods, there is also the threat of a pandemic.
‘The worst thing is the f***ing c**** in charge do what they want.
‘I see all these people saying all the parties they were having and people saying that was the day I couldn’t see my mum in hospital, or I couldn’t go to my dad’s funeral because the posh, privileged people in charge were acting like f***ing Charlie Sheen. I mean really f***ing rubbing salt in the wound. I don’t get political but they’re all s***.
“Was it time to cease using the qualification of “went to Eton” to lead this country? I mean f***ing hell. That’s why this is what I do. I have noticed that there’s lots of frustration and anger all around me, which I think is totally reasonable.

Ricky’s fury follows a photo that was discovered last week and showed Boris, his wife Carrie, baby, former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, ex-Chief Advisor Dominic Cummings and others enjoying a party in the garden.
Boris, along with co, are seen drinking wine and eating cheese in this May 2020 image. No10 was strict about socialising.
Another accusation was that Downing Street officials hosted a Christmas party despite the fact that social events are prohibited during this festive season.
Ricky is certain that the UK’s government will be able to reverse the effects of the pandemic.

He believes that the next pandemic will involve the rising number of mental health concerns in society, and especially young people.
He said, “Misinformation, anger, but I think that the next pandemic would be anxiety, depression.”
It’s not easy for teenagers to lose their best years.
‘College – I didn’t go to college to study. Living at home for three years doing Zoom stuff is not what I consider a college experience.
“I don’t have any complaints, I am in a very privileged place, but it is causing a lot people to feel down.”

He said Monday that dogs saved me from this pandemic. If I had to live with them, it would have put me in serious trouble.
“I went for walks every day, and I am familiar with hundreds of dogs. You always get to meet some of your friends. That sets me up for the day. Dogs give me joy unabated.
‘Sitting at home, the ritual of being on the coach just me and Jane and the cat watching Netflix, creating stuff, having an idea that always excites me… and planning it, f***ing planning, planning’s out the window isn’t it.’
