The Missouri man, 46 years old, is currently being held in Greene County Jail in Springfield on $100,000 bond. This photo was taken in 2008.

According to the police report, a tenant reported that Campbell was seen leaving the residence on a bicycle after chasing a man with tattoos all over him.

According to the police report, Campbell was eventually found on a bike with a gold color that appeared freshly painted.

Campbell tried to explain the attempted rape by telling authorities that he told her ‘no’ after she made sexual advances towards him due to the fact that Campbell ‘had a curfew’ and had to leave.

Campbell could be sentenced to life imprisonment if convicted of the attempted murder charge. This is because of his criminal history which dates back almost 26 years. He was convicted in 1995 in Colorado of attempted sexual assault.
