It was the second incident in a row reported by people over the course of these days. Another seal was approached and scared by a dog but was eventually released unharmed.
The medical staff are currently monitoring the health of the second pup, who was found to be uninjured.
Following the dog attack, 24 puncture wounds were inflicted on Puck the seal.
