Sharon Osborne says Whoopi Goldberg wasn’t fired from The View for trivializing the Holocaust because ‘nobody gives a f**k’ about Jews.

Osbourne, now 68, suggested that Osbourne was guilty of a clear double standard. Osbourne fired her from The Talk in March 2021 because she defended Piers Morgan’s war with Meghan. Goldberg kept her highly-coveted job while Osbourne said that “The Holocaust wasn’t about Race.”

When The Times asked about the double standard, she said: ‘I’ll tell you why, because it’s the Jews, and nobody gives a f**k.

Osbourne, whose father was a music producer, said that she liked Goldberg and was making a point of showbiz hypocrisy rather than attacking Ghost.

Morgan, who claimed that Meghan Markle’s suicide was not true after her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey on UK chat station Good Morning Britain, escorted Morgan from Good Morning Britain.

The suspension for Goldberg came a day after Whoopi, 66, made the controversial comments on The View. She referred to Jews and Nazis as 'two groups of white people' and said that because they were both white, it was about 'inhumanity' and not race'

The suspension was made for Goldberg one day after Whoopi, at 66, had controversially commented on The View. Her comments about Jews and Nazis were referred to as “two types of white people” and she said it was because they were both black, that it was about “inhumanity”, and not race.

Osbourne responded to a question about Morgan’s comments on The Talk on the next day by saying that she agreed with Morgan but supported him being able to speak his opinion on TV.

Underwood (black) pushed back and accused Osbourne de downplaying Morgan’s comments as well as giving support to Osbourne’s racist views.

Osbourne was then permanently removed from her show role, and she quit.

The incident sparked a wider conversation about race and an internal investigation at CBS after Welteroth reportedly complained of ‘a racially insensitive and hostile environment’ at the show.

Welteroth and Underwood would later address the controversy on air weeks later,  saying the two had been forced to stay ‘composed’ in the face of someone ‘who was not listening and who went off the rails into disrespect.’

The suspension of Goldberg was announced one day after Whoopi (66) made controversial remarks on The View.  Goldberg was referred as “two groups of white people”, referring to Jews and Nazis and saying that they are both white it was about “inhumanity” not race.

She apologized hours later and again on Tuesday’s morning episode, but the original remark sparked immediate international backlash with everyone from the Israeli Consular General in New York to the Auschwitz Memorial and Anti-Defamation League (ADL) taking offense.

Osbourne - seen with husband Ozzy - will now host an hour-long panel debate show - also called The Talk - which will air at 9pm on TalkTV in the UK

Osbourne claimed she felt ‘blinded’ by the questions regarding Morgan’s tweet support after Osbourne’s departure.

“I stand with you.” I am with you. She wrote to Morgan via Twitter, reminding her that people forget that they are paid for their opinions and she is simply speaking the truth.

Osbourne was then asked on-air by Underwood: “What do you think you would say to those who feel that? While you stand beside your friend, it seems that you have given validation or safety to something he has said that is racist, even though you disagree?”

Osbourne reacted defensively and said she felt she was being put on “the electric chair” for being his friend. Morgan’s racist remarks were retorted by her co-hosts.

Underwood explained, “Right at the moment I am speaking to a woman that I consider my friend,” I don’t want anyone watching this to think that we are making fun of you for being racist.

Osbourne said, “I think it is too late. The seed has been planted.

Osbourne apologized after the episode aired and claimed she was ‘panicked/defensive’ for her response. She also repeatedly said that CBS had set up the question so as to cause an off-air meltdown.

The drama between Osbourne and her co-stars began after Sharon was grilled over her tweet stating her support for friend Piers Morgan after he was fired for criticizing Meghan Markle's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey

After Sharon, who was fired from Oprah Winfrey’s explosive interview about Meghan Markle and her tweet in support of Piers Morgan, Sharon began to be questioned by Osbourne.

Osbourne will host the hour-long debate panel show The Talk, which airs at 9pm on TalkTV UK.

Five celebrities will be joining forces to discuss current affairs topics.

TalkTV is the latest venture by News UK and will be broadcast on both linear TV platforms and online services like Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, YouTube, etc.

Osbourne was also open to discussing a range of subjects, such as the curiosity people have in the Kardashians.

The Osbornes, her family’s MTV reality series from 2002, has been widely credited with being the model program that inspired the Kardashians.

I get why [the Kardashians]Osbourne believes that these are just as important as they seem. “But, I’m old-school, and think, “Well, your talent?” This world of selfies in your underwear, selfies topless, selfies showing your food, selfies in bed — I just think, ‘Oh, for f**k’s sake.’

Prince Andrew was also given some tips by her on how to deal with his recent dispute with Virginia Giuffre claims that he had sex in public with her while she was a teenager trafficking victim under Jeffrey Epstein.

“He should’ve said that he wasn’t married. Everyone knew me as Randy Andy. I was my best friend. [Epstein]She was surrounded with young women and [Giuffre]It was okay for me to do it. And it is not illegal for a woman her age in England to have sexual relations with another person. Do not make a joke about pizza places.
