Judi Love became the fifth celebrity contestant to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing during Sunday night’s episode.
After missing last week’s show, the Loose Woman presenter, 41, was unable to return to the show because she was positive for Covid.
And Judi’s Cha Cha to Physical by Olivia Newton-John was not enough to keep her in the competition as she went up against Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, 26, and Katya Jones, 32, in the dance off.
Tragic: Judi Love became the fifth celebrity contestant to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing during Sunday night’s episode, after returning to the show following her Covid scare
Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke all opted to save Adam – with Shirley Ballas adding she would have made the same decision.
Craig stated that he thinks it’s difficult for celebrities to sign up in Strictly because there is so much talent. All that said, I have a personal preference. That personal preference, on their dance tonight is Adam and Katya.
Anton said, “When these two couples danced these moves last night, I gave them both the same mark.” Adam and Katya made the best of their mistakes, but they persevered through their routines.
Battling it out: Comedian Judi, 41, and her partner Graziano Di Prima, 27, landed in the dance-off against swimmer Adam Peaty, 26, and Katya Jones, 32
Disappointment: Judi was disappointed that her Cha Cha to Physical by Olivia Newton John wasn’t enough to keep the show going.
Ill: The Loose Women host, 41, returned to Saturday’s show after she was diagnosed with Covid last week.
Motsi stated, “I have to admit that the dance off was really fantastic, it was great watching both couples dance on the dancefloor.” The decision was mine and I must say that Katya and Adam are the couple I will be saving.
Judi reflected on her experience and told Tess Daly, “This has been an incredible experience, a life-changing experience. I want to thank all the professional dancers. The judges. The team.
‘Graziano supported me, stayed with me, and took my to a place that I never thought possible. For that, I am grateful. We are so grateful.
Candid: Judi said to Tess Daly, host: “This has been an incredible experience, a life-changing experience. I want to thank all the professional dancers and judges, as well as the team.”

Graziano stated, “First of All, I’ve made an acquaintance for life. She is one the strongest women I have ever met.
“This woman has been there for me every day of rehearsal, for every dance. She has given me 150%. And you know what I love most? You are true, real. So thank you so much.
Judi had returned to the dance floor, with a score of 25 out of 40, after recently testing positive for COVID-19.
Judi shared her experience with the virus earlier this week to Rylan: ‘Babes, it’s alright. I’m here. I got through it. The first few days were tough. My mindset was to just get back on the dance floor and make sure everyone is safe.
“As soon as I stepped onto the dancefloor, I knew this was where I was supposed to be.”
She spoke from Elstree studios during rehearsals and said that she had missed it so much, and it just brings back so many amazing memories over the past few months. It’s Halloween week, and I’m so happy that I’m back.
Strictly Come Dancing will be back on Saturday 6th November, at 6:45pm. The results will be shown on Sunday 7th November, at 7:15pm on BBC One.
