John Millar & Beatrice Millar had been married 52 years. Beatrice was hospitalized for Covid for the fourth time after Beatrice got sick.
John, John’s husband was hospitalized just days after she returned to her home. John had contracted the virus from his wife.
The couple were not able to see each other for three weeks while they recovered from Covid but were finally reunited on November 6 at a hospital in Dundee, Scotland.
Their granddaughter Danielle Mallaney filmed the adorable moment that the couple laid eyes on each other for the first time in weeks.

John appears to be overcome by the reunion and breaks down in floods of emotion as he embraces his wife warmly.
Danielle, the granddaughter of their divorcees, said that their Gran had caught Covid. She was then taken to hospital and remained there for 4 days.
“My Grandad, a few days after her return from home, was taken to the hospital with Covid. He’s now in recovery.

John seems overwhelmed at their reunion, and he breaks down into tears while holding his wife in warm embrace.
