Travis Scott has a new problem after it became clear that Drake went to an after party with him after the death of eight others at the festival.

‘Travis didn’t know the severity of the situation when he arrived at the party,’ a source told TMZ, adding that the rapper left the party when deaths had been confirmed.

However, a “mass casualty” had been announced by the city officials thirty minutes prior to he cut short his performance.

The 30-year-old faced a new wave of backlash over an eerie video which shows him singing ‘yeah’ repeatedly into a microphone as an unconscious fan was carried out just a few feet away from him.

As he handed over the limp body to security officers, Travis can be seen singing. Many people look up at Travis and shout out to him to “stop”, but he looks straight back at them and continues singing his creepy auto-tuned tune.

He interrupts his performance and calls for help from someone else in the crowd. This is separate footage that he took a few moments before. The next clip shows him calling for help from the crowd.

The artist paused the performance at least three times but did not suspend the concert, despite the fact that ambulances were trying to move through the crowds and desperate pleas for assistance from some of those who took to the podium.

Many people reacted to the video by calling it surreal and nightmarish, and others saying that Travis was not allowed to pause the footage because it would have been ‘certainly not a great look’ to just keep up his bizarre humming and not stop the show.

On top of that, a security plan from the festival obtained by the Houston Chronicle inexplicably instructs staff to refer to dead concertgoers as ‘Smurfs,’ after the blue animated characters.

Scott then continues his performance as the stricken casualty is treated at the side of the festival by police officers and members of the security team
