Nichols attorneys argue that Thompson’s communications showed him ‘addressing both the parties’ relationship and insisting on her having an abortion.
TMZ has obtained a transcript of a disturbing text message in which Thompson offers Nichols $75,000 to remain silent and tells him that he will be retiring from the NBA after the season.
He stated that he does not intend to participate in the life of the child.
