After the video cuts, she calls Greater Manchester Police. She claims that they had booked the couple and were then locked inside by security.
She says, “They just asked me what was happening.” The booking was made and the staff went and locked everything.
Barclays security got in touch with them and can be heard telling a man: “We obviously want to get you out of there as soon possible.”
“The alarms will attempt to go off at 9:00 a.m., but we’ll do our best to get you out by then.”
“All that we can do to apologise for this is all we can do. It is our goal to resolve it for you. We will keep you informed.
Sarah laughed and said, “We’re really hungry. Can they bring food?”
